Have visited this place for multiple occasions. And yet its a new experience everytime you visit this place. Amazing property with classy ambiance and spacious place. Booked this place for my cousins engagement and it was the best experience with the decoration, their food and most importantly their services. They have super clean rooms if you want to stay here. Would definitely suggest to book their banquet hall if youre looking for a ceremony or occasion or seminars. Cheers!

This is truly a GRAND Hotel!Its got a very royal and antique feel.From the main lobby to every corner of the hotel, its very beautiful. Every spot is a great place for photographs.Even the rooms are really spacious and have the best amenities, feels premium.I loved the breakfasts here, and also excellent service.The best part is that its at the heart of Pune, right outside the Pune railway station, so its very accessible to every main center in Pune.

The Sheraton Grand hotel in Pune is beautiful and very conveniently located. Loved the interiors upon entering and the staff was warm and welcoming. They had ensured that requests I had made before my check-in were taken care of - which was really great! The variety of food at the restaurant was huge and enough to appeal to all kinds of tastebuds - the staff was kind enough to go the extra mile to arrange food for my toddler . The outdoor pool on the terrace was functional - so great for kids and children looking to play around!! Overall a great experience & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a vacation at the Sheraton Grand Pune. The hotel is beautiful (feels like a palace), and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We enjoyed almost everything the hotel has to offer - very comfortable room, delicious food on the rooftop bar, a swim in the pool, a day trip with the driver (sadly Pune and much of the state hasn’t yet opened tourist attractions), and the spa. Highly recommend this hotel for leisure and business in Pune and recommend the rooftop restaurant chingari especially!

Excellent place to stay. Youll love the food, ambience and the polite staff.But!! the people managing the staff are pathetic.So unless you get to deal with them, the experience is going to be pleasing.Though there are chances you will have to. As in my case first they allocated the room booked for me to someone else, then they messed up with the hotel cab and on another occasion they didnt allowed a friend to visit me in room citing reason that it is against hotel policy.

We were here from 10 to 5Pm.to attend one programme.We have enjoyed Lunch here which was very delicious.

Very good location very near to Pune station. One of the best hotels in Pune. Very elegant reception lobby. Rooms are spacious and well designed. Very small swimming pool on terrace. Only think I felt lagging was food. Food taste is not upto Marriott mark. Tea served for breakfast was basically tasteless. Even lunch buffet was not very good.

Nice buffet with a decent spread at the FEAST. They had good veriety of starters, indian and Chinese/ thai main course. The Spinach mint drink was awesome. Dessert spread was good Rasmalai being my fav :) The property is really amazing. The restaurant did not have high chair for kids which was surprising. Wallet parking was not available atleast when I visited, you have to find your own parking space.

Bit late in posting this but after coming back from India, we suffered from Covid and took time to recover. We are looking forward to visiting this place again.We stayed here for 10 days towards end of Feb 2020. This is place, you would you stay for service. There is a flyover being build behind the hotel and a railway station not far. But all this does not matter. If you want great service and a grand experience then this is the place to stay. we had a great service from Radhey in the restaurant and Jay in rooftop restaurant. I hope everything is good in the hotel during this difficult period.

I went there at the restraunt Feast for buffet,as it was my husabnds birthday. Due to covid I couldnt think of any place and then I got to know about their buffet services. It was amazing, especially the fooding and hospitality services. Well the hotel is serving its name no wander. A worthy foody buffet would love to visit again. The ambience the music were just adding up to the package

The hotel is next to the station but we hardly heard any noise of train. The stay was very comfortable. All COVID precautions were followed in the hotel. Food is also nice. Waffles were my favourite in breakfast. Rooftop North Indian restaurant is a must try place if you like North Indian food. Starters are really good. Ambience is also very nice. Everything is so beautiful n gets you a positive vibes.

Being a resident of pune I was looking for my anniversary dinner and came accross this place and to be honest it was a wonderful experience, the ambience the food and I would also like to thank Mr. Shrikant Maliye who was very helpful for his food suggestions and explains me everything very nicely.Kudos to the chingari team and thankyou for making my anniversary date wonderful!!

The ambience is really good with a pool side view I did not took the photo of. Also you can have a city side view as well. The staff is really good and pays attention and keeps checking on you now and then. It is such a photogenic place. Finally the food, both veg and non veg is delicious. They serve flavours. The place have really good vibe. It feels grand and traditional at the same time. They serve you with a candle in between which in turn gives you the experience of candle light as well. Enough lights will help you enjoy the dinner and click good pictures. This is a must visit🥂✨

Rooms and staff are good but food quality is not as expected. It is acceptable accomodating the pemdemics role in making things difficult hense given 4 stars. The roof top pool is great.

We visited on Sunday afternoon for buffet lunch at Feast. It was lovely experience.All the buffet menu was fresh and has their own authentic taste. They have Indian cuisine, Asian cuisine, Chaat, Salad, Middle-East cuisine, desserts, fruits, bunch options of another starters.The one which I love the most is Singaporean Veg Noodles. The taste is superbly enak banget and similar to Indonesian Bihun Goreng. Feast Singaporean Veg Noodles reminded me all my childhood memories and my moms food back at home Jakarta. ❤The prices for buffet only and buffet with alcohol is very reasonable and worth every penny.The staffs are very helpful, informative.OH YES, THE AMBIENCE! We really enjoyed and loving it. Their singers which performed on the day we visited the Feast are the best ❤

Convenient location, in the city centre, room size is good, slow service - can definitely improve, has indoor sports also (squash & TT) which is good to entertain kids, good family hotel.

There are three restaurants, a fitness centre, a sauna and a large deck, as well as some lovely gardens. The food at the restaurants is great, with Indian, east Asian and Italian options, though they do not know what a lemon, lime and bitters is.The rooms are good too, big, clean, nicely appointed and overly effective aircon.Free wifi, they have the usual room service, laundry and dry cleaning, car and driver hire etc.I wish theyd paid a bit more attention to detail when finishing it; theres paint drips on the marble and fittings are either not sitting straight or had been installed several times judging by the grout.A footpath out the front would have been nice, too.Thank you for your service

Utterly disappointed. I went here for a wedding function enquiry after calling them and ensuring they are available. There was no one to attend us. Moreover, Miss. Pooja (whom I called in first place before coming over) said she has other guests to attend and kept us waiting for a long. Terrible experience 😪

I stayed in Grand Sheraton on 10 Jul for one night along with my wife. I was highly sceptical about the cleanliness and COVID protocols. But not for a minute I felt something was not right. Every corner was well maintained and customised as per COVID protocols.Excellent food. Especially the Breakfast spread.The front desk manager, Akshay Angre was kind enough to give us an upgrade. And provided us a suite.I have stayed in most of the 5 star hotels in Pune, but I must admit Grand Sheraton beats all of them.

Wedding event Review: Think well before finalizing this venue for wedding. They will promise Suite rooms to groom and bride but wont give. They will keep you waited for 45 mins on wedding day just to handover rooms. Their staff at hotel entrance is very rude. Mr.Ajay will keep telling rules.but when it comes to honour his words he will give all possible excuses.ambience wise its good thats why you choose this Venue. But mention your requirements before paying them. After review they may apologize. But their apologies wont bring your wasted time.

The quality and taste of the food is excellent. Especially the desserts, were really good. Only let down was the starters. Should have a little more options in the starters.

The lunch buffet with family was a good relaxing experience at Feast. The spread was good and all the food was flavorful, unlike lot of other standard buffets at similar hotels. They probably have the best laccha paratha in city!!

Nice stay close to pune station

A very good hotel. The staff is extremely nice and courteous. There are good venues for office conferences or family functions. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Strict hygiene and ruled are maintained due to covid. The food here is extremely delicious.

Great location and value in Helsinki! We spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the harbor, train station, downtown shopping, and practically next door to the wonderful botanical gardens. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a very nice dinner that was reasonably priced in the restaurant and a very good buffet breakfast was included daily in the price of our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. If I ever visit Helsinki again, and I would love to, Id stay at the Arthur Hotel.

We went their for Sunday brunch for the first time and we didnt find the food spead as per the expectations. Very few choices of salad, starters and non alcoholic drinks. Main course choices were regular. Service was okay. All in all it was not a great experience for us.

We expected a lot more from this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable but the dinner was a little disappointing. We were not expecting a party crowd during covid but ran into one. Definitely disappointed when we have been avoiding crowds so far. I wish the hotel staff took more care regarding this aspect during these testing time.

Its a nice place with good lighting and ambience. Unfortunately, due to the prolonged closures, I guess, the carpets are carrying a peculiar odour which may put you off, especially while you eat. Need to take care of that.

To begin with place is awesome. Has a grand entrance. The staff is very courteous. We were assisted right from the beginning. We were here for a wedding of my brother/friend, we had 3 normal rooms plus 2 suites for us. Rooms were great, suites were perfectly maintained and equipped. The view might not be that great from these rooms cause one side you have station n on the other you have open space but it really quite inside so you dont hear any trains around.As soon as we checked in we were been give a attendee who assisted us throughout our stay.About the room service we were assisted in five minutes of every call we made at the reception.I was accompanied by my wife and my 1 year daughter, as soon as we asked we were provided a crib.They meet every expectation of yours and customer satisfaction is priority I believe.Overall we had a wonderful stay and a great event here.
