Cakes are great but staff should behave properly to customers.

Very rude that guy seating on owners seat very rude. He don’t deserve Monginis, even he doesn’t deserve any business where person needs to communicate. Very poor and cakes also old because due to his behaviour no body like to purchase from him ... so only old / expired stock available in his shop

Rude. Very very Rude to me. Claimed that money was returned to me where as it wasnt. I told them to check the CCTV footage, which no one could operate. The man there was being so rude that I wanted to return my cake back. Which he didnt take back. The rudest man Ive ever seen. Finally after 2 days I returned to store for update.The money was returned and he apolozied.We request you to give a better customer service, no one likes rude behaviour when the one isnt even at fault.Wouldnt recommend to anyone.Never going back at this store.

Owner is very rude. He is dont know the difference between credit card and debit card. Today he fight for payment only. This is not happend with me only my frnd also said this owner is notgood. Thank you Monginis for giving license to this type of owners.
