We are not able to get simple additional cheque book , as online limit of cheque book allotted was used, very bad service

Worst customer service, they don’t care about NRI customers, they don’t answer phone calls, they do not reply to emails. If you visit branch there is no one to even ask what help u need. I do not recommend this branch they don’t support customers.

Worst employees..Bank employee takes 3hrs to take out print of bank statement... total my time has been wasted..I will suggest never to open account in such bank who is not given proper service to the customer.

Covers almost all services and so there is a lot of rush everytime.Support is somewhat good,But there is no seating arrangement for customers to seat/wait, as you opt for any service, it is taking almost half hour to 1.3 hrs approximately.Low rating is only for the poor arrangenment for the customers.

Nice service.. However needs to be improved more in the areas of services to its customers... Like address updation on online, Credit card app service

Not good experience... applied for Vehicle loan in Apr2019.. Bank officials were asking for compulsory loan insurance on the vehicle loan. (value of this loan insurance was 3.36% of my applied loan).. i was not agree with this term and asked to cancel my loan application... really did not like the HDFC service..

HDFC Pimpri branch is well located and always crowded. Good management, quick service and working ATM makes it a positive branch to attend.

The staffs were quick to attend to me and helped me with my request. Usually crowded.

Completely poor service visited multiple times for single work.Staff behaves like government bank and dont help you easily.
