[3 stars overall; 1 extra star for great service!]Great service and Courteous staff, but the rooms require a lot of overhauling. Cleanliness is poor in rooms as well as the lobbies. The carpets in the lobbies need immediate replacement. Linen was clean, which was a relief. Food was good; both in-room dining and breakfast.

Clean rooms, well maintained. Nice buffet. Ggod for corporate stay during official visits. Located on the highway and easily accessible.

I had made reservations for 14 days from 31st August to 14th September. Had 2 options while booking either Keys or Taj, booked Keys considering the daily commute was a bit skeptical though. To my surprise the service was very good, Ive stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels alot because of the nature of my job, Keys Pimpri is one of the best in terms of service Ive stayed. This hotel deserves a 4 star hotel rating. Thank you for the pleasant stay !! Ill miss being there.

Awesome stay for any traveller, high quality rooms, good ambience and supplies. Aesthetics and cleanliness of five star level. However, restriction on hot water on bathroom is not expected for such price level.

Had a good experience staying at Keys. Eventhough the room seems to be smaller compared to other hotels, they were well maintained and clean. The staffs were really professional and always there to help. The food was also good and worth the money. They have got good and enough parking area as well.

Its one of the best hotels in terms of hospitality, food and stay. Staffs are very kind and polite. Gym is good enough. Even, during Covid, they are serving the customers at their best. Suggestion for them is to have a remote in room to control the temperature in AC.

I am not in favour glass walls for bath room, thankfully they had curtains. But the lower rating is the quality of towels. An improvement they can expense. Pricing is reasonable both for the stay and the food.

The place is well managed with limited human interaction considering the covid concerns. Upkeep of the rooms needs to be improved. Special shout out to Chef Kamal who attended to our inconvenience and served us fresh and tasty food.

I stayed at Keys for the first time. Earlier, I used to stay at Radisson only. So, I did not expect too much beforehand but the staff and hotel left me surprised. From cleanliness in the rooms, the staff to the food, everything was super amazing. The rooms were not crazy huge but were pretty regular in size. All the essential items were present. The staff made our stay super comfortable. They served us food in our room to maintain social distancing. Not forgetting to mention, the food was yummy and they gave us good variety. I would definitely stay at Keys again. And I recommend it 10/10. :)

I find the experience at Keys always unique compared to other hotels, I find that every part and detail of the property has been selectively made to stand out from the crowd, be it the rooms, the interior, the lighting and furniture, everything stands out. I loved the place, I can understand due to the recent restrictions there might be shortage of employees but altogether I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is very near to Pune mumbay old highway and its easily accessible. The place is located near to lots of shopping centers. The rooms are clean and staffs are helpful. The only issue is...in the time covid they are allowing buffet lunch and dinner and usually its crowded. This is the only negative I see in the hotel. The in-room facilities include ac, tv , locker, two towels , shampoo and one handwash and no other amenities are there. Hence one need to carry tooth brush and tooth paste.

It was good before COVID LOCKDOWN. Their service and staff was good before But after LOCKDOWN its degraded.

Earlier night when I called keys, they said my booking is cancelled .. with lot of struggle, they transferred my room to lemon tree ... I needed hot water at 7pm for a shower, they said that their boiler works only till 10.30am. Then the hotel AC was not working for all the 3 days ... paying a huge amount of 12k and not getting service was worst ... food is good, Mr.Patil was good... later while checkout the hospital card swipe machine wasnt working ... printer not working... Horrible experience...

Nice hotel. Good arrangements for events and programs. Ambience is very nice. Very clean and tidy. It is on the highway so easy to locate. Halls are good and spacious. Food could have been more tasty. Liked it.

One of the best hotels Ive seen. Its very clean and neatly maintained. The rooms are a bit small but more than enough to accommodate two people.The food is really awesome. The breakfast served in the morning is damn scrumptious and delectable, too many varieties to choose from.The support staff are very friendly and down to earth, polite, respectful, calm and whatever request that we make to them, they ensure that we are not let down. The receptionist, and the house keeping staff are very considerate and do their work with diligence. Excellent in customer service.Keep up the good work and and Im pretty sure that the customers wont check out of the hotel in utter despondency.

Post Pandamic i happened to visit this hotel in first week of November, during my stay i found this facility is more than what is expected.1. Reception (Day) staff was humble and cooperative.2. Restaurant area is well maintained3. Restaurant staff was really good, cooperative. They customized my orders as per my likings, even the instructions given in morning while preparing my food was passed on to evening staff and they served the perfect meal to me with my favourite side items which i prefer.4. Breakfast has good variety,also they accept orders for customisation too and dinner has 2 starters one veg one nonveg, main course had 2 vegetables and one non vegetarian dish rice daal one sweet, roties, soup and papad, salad, etc overall complete meal.Sweet dish in most of the restaurant are too extra sweet but here the sweetness of the desert was just perfect.I couldnt resist my self repeating them everytime i had dinner5 Rooms are Sound Proof so outside noice dont bother you at all. Even though this hotel is on the Old pune highway, you can take a peaceful sleep at night. No disturbance at all.6 location of the hotel is easy to find, are nearby you can visit Malls or shopping market too7 Proper hygiene is maintained everywhere8 Temperature is checked everytime you drive in to to the Hotel, so its a very good practice9 Hotel has open and underground parking facility as well10 DA Differently abled prople can access this hotel with wheelchair tooSo overall i guess its first time i will be giving full starts to some hotel... Key select hotel is a name I heard for the first time and found it to be quite nice and impressive. I came for a meeting next door and checked in here for some rest before catching my flight back to Delhi. Rooms are very well done. Cooling is good. Lobby has a business centre from where you can work quite productively. Rooms have small refrigerator, tea maker, study table. All well maintained and very neat and clean.

Located just on the highway! Facilities like ATM, shopping malls, KFC, Cabs etc. are just beside the hotel building. Nice food in the restaurants and the staff are really very friendly and supportive. Enjoyed my stay here! Very clean and the property is nicely maintained.

The staff were extremely courteous, the buffet breakfast spread was really good. You should try the Paneer Parata in the breakfast menu, it was simply superb. The room was very clean and even had an iron box and table. I would surely recommend it.Proximity to the auto cluster exhibition center, the free WiFi and the work tablet with a comfortable chair.

Hotel is located in a prime location next to the central mall. Rooms were clean and neatly maintained. Food was good. We had booked Jr.suite with Buffett breakfast and dinner included. Well maintained and neatly equipped gym was good too.

Our birthday party had an amazing at keys hotel pimpri and the entire staff displayed the atmost professionalism and hospitality from beginning to end. The facilities were world class and the sercive was top of the line... thank you to guest services and valet staff Chef AAKASH, Chef SAGAR , Chef SOHAN AND MOST WELCOME Chef RAJENDRA.and also thank you for complementary fresh cream cake.We would definitely return in the future.. thanxxx guys

Travelled during the Covid restrictions in Pune. Hotel staff was very welcoming and have arranged contactless check in and check out process. Room was very clean. Had a comfortable stay. 2 things: 1)they need to work on contactless FnB room service. The waiter came inside the room and asked me to sign the bill. It felt uncomfortable otherwise everything was on point. 2) Pune metro is under construction and they work 24/7. I had a good night’s sleep but metro work woke me up at 5am and then continuous sounds kept disturbing.

The stay at keys select hotel was awesome.We have stayed at the place for four days. The room was quite clean and comfortable. Worth the money. Thank you so much especially Zam zam and Krishna for keeping the room very clean and also for the wonderful decoration done in the room. And the food was great too. Excellent hospitality too and everyone greeted us with a smile.The only negative thing was the noise of the traffic from the main road.

This hotel is very secure in terms of security, as since you cannot enter anywhere in the hotel without having the respective guest card with you as you have to swipe it mostly everywhere in the hotel right from lift to rooms to getting anywhere else in the hotel.Very good security concept. :)

Keys hotel is one of the best hotels in Pimpri.Its high class facility with 5 star rooms and especially washrooms makes it quite different from others.Keys hotel has bufe system of restaurant . It has bar facility and is quite neat and clean. The hotels price is quite affordable and the bufe charges are also low.Here waiters are amiable and helpful. yourstay here will also become memorable like us.

Keys Select Pimpri has what should be there in a hotel chain. Rooms are clean and spacious and this is complemented by good service. The room service guys on our floor, Shrikrishna and Jeevan and other staff members were very helpful. Overall a good experience.

Hotel location is great. The most of the guests I saw were professionals having the business point easily accessible from here.The staff is polite. The rooms are clean but one may feel bit smaller. The guests movement is restricted to their floor only using room keys in the lift.

It’s was an excellent stay at Keys Select, front desk as well as the other staff members are very much courteous, food was excellent especially I would like to mention Mr. Sab Singh’s name (Chef) for understanding the order which I had placed for dinner as I eat extremely low calorie food he made my food exactly the way I wanted. One thing more I wanna suggest is that rooms weren’t so clean bit dusty so if they could look into the cleanliness part. Overall I rate the hotel 4 out of 5 but 1 extra for Mr. Sab Singh so 5 out of 5.

Had a stay here for 2 days. Overall it was a good experience. The only issue I had was earlier the room they provided me has a room whose door was connected to another hotel room. I could hear people talking from other side. But later at just single call they shifted my luggage to a better room.Breakfast was great.

I have tried buffet dinner here. Food was ok. There were very less varieties. And purposefully non veg items were served late which was very bad attitude from their weiters. Ambience was good. Hotel rooms are nice. Auditorium are lage enough to accommodate approx 50 to 100 people

Rooms was quite old. However, food was really good - both breakfast and dinner buffet. They had wide variety. I liked the breakfast particularly - they had mix of south and North Indian.
