Absolutely waste of time and money.. pathetic lab..the staff is not skilled to take blood out..had to have my 4 yr old get pierced 7 times for blood.. secondly, they took 15 days to give the report of fragile X test which was 253 pages pdf and 90% pages were blank..we had to call the lab to ask where to look in the report which they themselves couldnt explain.. absolutely ridiculous experience.. wouldnt rate even 1 star if that were possible..

Pathetic service, 0 rating.BAD BAD BAD BADI went for a the test at SRL for my covid test and got the result. Upon asking and talking to staff member experience very bad response with no proper treatment to customer.Staff member also said load bahaut hai kaam ka, jaldi batao.i waited for 2 days for the response but did not find a proper resolution for it..i would personally recommend not to go for test as COVID is a serious concern and you will be left with no resolution about next action steps..Staff member also said report mil gaya na? bus wohi sahi hai was the approach.

Pathetic experience.. receptionists are not at all supportive over phone. Arrogant behaviour. Already patients are suffering from the pains etc and this is the add on thing they have to suffer. This branch should have a look over their behaviour.

Staff was nice at the time of the tests. As a working professional, i got the tests done on a Saturday. I went to the center for collecting the reports next Saturday. Receptionists kept complaining that Saturday was a bad day for collecting the reports as there were many patients. In my honest opinion, it is their job. I was there only to collect the reports. I can not take a leave and go there just jo collect the reports. Saturday was the only feasible option for me. Even after waiting for more than 30 minutes, the reports were not handed over. Customers seem to be not important, the moment they walk out of the door. Only new customers who are yet to pay are important.

Hopeless service... I gave a sample in the morning at 10 AM to test... they said collect the receipt in the afternoon when the report is ready around 2.30 PM...and they said I would receive a msg once the report is ready, Also they mentioned that the sample will be tested under urgent category, till 6 PM no response from SRL, so I had to search their no. on net (they didnt give a receipt) and when asked they said they will send the report immediately..so just be careful if you plan to visit this place.

Good place to check all the tests. Went through company. Had a good experience. The staff is also helpful.

I had given my mother in laws test for24hr urine protein n creatinine.. such a pathetic service at the SRL lab.. Firstly took the wrong charges for the test then misguided us on giving the test reports.. plus didnt even ask the particulars required for the test prior..and when we went to collect the reports,we were asked to wait as they had not even started the reporting.. Very poor service.. Not recommended at all.

Very poor experience with SRL Diagnostics.....had sent a urine sample for culture and sensitivity for a case of severe Urinary tract infection ...got the report after 90 hours (told that report would be given in 48 hours) and completely wrong report sensitive to all organisms including Augmentin which the patient was taking for the last 3 days. After patient worsened , the urine culture was repeated at another reputed lab and had to start the correct antibiotic of Levofloxacin as the culture showed resistance to Augmentin ....luckily the patient recovered. Very shabby and unprofessional reporting ...never would recommend such a bogus Diagnostic centre to any of my patients !
