This is quite a small Hamleys compared to other shops in the town. Its as expensive as it usually is with a lot of toys for children. Honestly I can find the same quality toys for 1/3rd price in local market but if you get kids to this place it is like a flytrap so you end up buying if your kid is adamant.

Hamleys Toy Store is paradise on Earth for children, teens and adults. It may be an eye catching experience to visit a hamleys storeStaff at store love their job and are happy while interacting with customer they love their time spending in the store Never have I ever been in a toy store like this! It is straight out of a movie. It has a Mr. Magoriums Wonder Emporium feel.

Hamlets have an exclusive variety of stuffed toys, cars , dolls and other toys for kids.While the penguin was the one which I liked the most coz of the softness of its fabric and the sizw, making it ideal for kids to hold it and sleep.

This is absolutely great. The toys are amazing but with a premium pricing. Unless you want to invest a lot in toys , this is not your place.

A one stop for kiddos. The variety abundant and top quality. Can spend hours and likewise bring back childhood memories. Staff ever to willing to help and are always on their toes.

You get everything you need. From soft toys to remote controlled cars, beyblade, hot wheels, Monopoly etc.This place will bring you back to your childhood. A very happy place.The customer service is one of the best things about Hamleys.Everyone should at least visit this place once.

Great variety of toys

Wonderful store with the staff there is very very helpful

The outlet in Westend Mall is small and crowded. Not too many games were kept on display for trying out. And the ones which were kept were not thoughtfully placed. E.g. the small Foosball table was placed on top of boxes, but still too low for my 9 year old to try out properly. Essentially this outlet of Hamleys was not inviting enough.

Shop really have very good toys and other creative items for kids. However, I am giving 2 stars because its super expensive. When it comes to toys which children play for few days and some time the break them, who would like to buy expensive one, isnt it ;-)

Hamleys is a great store. Very pricey, but lots of options. Its not that the quality is all that great, but their creative options are unmatched.But the real secret - there is another Hamleys outlet in the reliance mart next door, with a lot more options, and lot less rush (its owned by the same guys). Go visit there if you want to really buy something - its located on the second floor, right side, right towards the end. Dont know how long that one will be there for. The one in the mall is smaller but more happening, and a fishbait for kids.

Simply awesome store for toys. Though they are expensive ones, the quality is unmatched and unbeatable.They dont have proper directions to the store on Google maps. The store is within Reliance mart on the second floor. Google maps took us for a long walk around the compound leading us nowhere. Had to ask a few people to confirm.

Every games should have siingle ticket/fare on it, why should anyone pay 600 rs atleast even if they want to play one single game, its ridiculous.
