Dear Buddies, i visited this pondicherry branch office to check my status of the policy. I have to say that they are completely unprofessional. there is only one guy at the counter and a security guard sitting out in a desk. The staff at the counter does not know whats going on in the office. The first day he told me that the server is down and he cannot provide any information, the second day he admits quietly that there is no access given for him to logon and check the computer. I was told that the manager is in hospital for the past 4 days and there is no backup management available.i have been promised for couple of days that some one will call me back and update the status of the policy and unit now its a week no call came thru. Is this a dodgy company ? can someone shed some light to get the contact numbers to call directly.

Faster resolution, however while you joining an insurance policy dont blindly believe on the words of agent...I am a victim
