We had a best stay here. Hospitality is the crown of the facility. Car parking inside the facility is an advantage. Location is so good to access beach and other key areas better. Always the First preference for my next trip.

I strongly recommend to stay here because one can cover almost most of the site scene from here and you will also get good restaurants near by.

I have been waiting for 1 and half hours, still I didn’t get my room whereas my booking was confirmed 3 day before. I have told to wait for 20 minutes whenever I ask for my room. Definitely didn’t expect this

Room stay and cleanlines are very good.. They maintained very well and located in good location.. Only thing is they could hav provide complimentary breakfast other than that all are satisfactory

I been there on January 30 & 31st and I was having a very minimum expectation about the hotel and rooms becoz of my last stay with other hotel but it was really superb and I would say it was more than my expectation and the hospitality, ambience was so good. You will also have parking facility and the hotel is so accessible to all the areas..Coming to food and the restaurant, really an awesome buffet breakfast and the staffs were so kind.. Ambience of the restaurant was extremely good. I personally enjoyed the stay and would suggest others also even my stay would continues with the same hotel in future.

I was at this hotel for 1 night and I regret making this huge mistake. The management is very slow. Long waiting times for check-in & check out. If your are driving down in your own vehicle, dont think about staying at this place as the parking area is just for namesake. The valet parking here is a scam. And there is no guarantee of getting your vehicle back in shape.My car was ruined by valet. . The manager agreed the mistake was from valets end and agreed to bear the cost for damages but didnt even share the camera recordings . You can imagine the extent of damage done to the car. And the head manager is not even responding to calls. Disappointing. Unsatisfactory and 100% wont recommend this place.

Only one thing about this hotel is it’s near to white town ! Else Nothing at all that might justify the price you are paying per night here. Do not eat at it’s restaurant!! They serve raw chicken! Takes hours to serve just two soups n salad ! If that’s not enough they will send you wrong bill charging you more than what you are ! Always cross check the bill before you sign ! Adding more to this they will call you asking you to check out while you still having booking for that day! And everything comes up with a perfect answer “SORRY “ .Absolutely unprofessional in each and every respect! And yes complimentary breakfast is enough pathetic to spoil your rest of the day ! Good luck if you are choosing this hotel !

Had my best hospitality experience in Pondicherry. Special mention about La Galaxie, Finest dining with must taste menu. Well sanitized environment, that helped me enjoy my stay in a better way.Thank you for your best service.

Lunch order takes forever..would advise to walk out instead and try other restaurants in the street. Ordered curd rice at 12.30, got it at 1.22pm. So you can imagine what rest of the order would have taken

Its a good place to stay also the rates are nominal you can get a room under 1700.
