The lifts are a nightmare with complete darkness and loosen boltsFood and Amenities:We ordered lunch and the dishes were dirty when the food was brought. The food had no taste and no quantityMost important thing to note is everyone leaves at 6am for the jetty to havelock, that means there is actually no breakfast buffet available. They will give you 2 dry white breads only for breakfast and they are proud of itOthers:Most of the room keys don’t work. Location is ok, rest all is horrible. I have checked in with my family having one kid of 3 year. Whole day TV was not working Also staff is not responding me. Next day i have to shift to lower category room instead I have paid for higher category. In morning they just give a sandwich as your breakfast when going to Havelock island journey of aprox 3 hours.So recommend find some other option.

Everything was good except the food services at the hotel restaurant, food variety was very minimal and the quality was not upto the mark as per the standards.Especially the breakfast and buffet dinner was not served hot, service quality was poor as food not available everytime, have to wait for a long time. Very minimal choices served as per the buffet mentioned, please improve the standards as per a 3-5 star hotel at Indian subcontinent hotels.The room bed mattress were not quite strong/hard and firm, were very soft which results in back pain.Please upgrade.

Stayed in this hotel for one night only 16-17 March 2020. The rooms are far better than we stayed three days. The booking was done by the travel agent from Delhi. Breakfast was good. Stay was comfortable.

Pathetic,rude and uncooperative staff.....awful rooms with no power backup....they provide you rooms on the third floor and then the lift is out of order for hours....which the staff bluntly refuses to do anything about

Contemporary design, great service, very cooperative staff. Internet connectivity is poor across the Andamans and the WiFi at the hotel was of little help. Stick to your phone network for data and you may be able to at least send / receive text messages. The hotel is close to the Aberdeen market and yet not too close to cause any kind of disturbance due to the traffic / noise. Recommended restaurants for lunch / dinner nearby are 1. Rolla-costa, walkable from 2. Ananda, in the market; walkable from the Aberdeen clock tower.Just hail a local autorickshaw for a quick ride to the market.

A three star hotel at port blair which has nice hospitality and service. The food is one of the best here. Plus rooms are good with no complaints at all expect premium room being small a bit but its not a major issue to be bothered. It has a bar. Tandoori we had was too juicy

I stayed here on 23-24 December 2019. The hotel looks posh and exactly as shown in the pics, rooms have no view at all. Rooms are very comfortable with latest amenities and clean.The location and breakfast was good as well.ConsThey had charged us Rs 4250 extra for 2 rooms for 2 days saying peak season charges which most of the hotels in Port Blair are not charging.One of our rooms had a leaking AC which they had to fix by putting a towel below the AC.We had early moring flight on 24th December and while we were getting ready from 5.10 am till 5.45 there was no water in the washroom and we had called a cab at 5.45 am to leave for the airport.I had requested packed breakfast which is complimentary which they convieniently forgot.Overall I would say totally disappointed.

Its the newest hotel in the town so well maintained and clean.. So many political leaders are stayed here.. Couple friendly stays available here.. You can book rooms here from 1000 to 2000 Rs, restaurants and party Hall is also available for small parties.. I have been here twice for dinner..

Autos are the best transportation here.Rola Costa restaurant nearby is good.Hotels* check-out times are 9AM as per local government rule. *Breakfast was good. Not that great as they show in pics. Pillows and blankets were stinking. Breakfast is strictly closed at 930. They denied to provide the breakfast when I came at 937. Only one good thing is they have good staff and good sitout area near reception

We were a group of 11 friends visiting Andaman. We had reservations at Haywizz, Port Blair, from 04 Jan 2019 to 07 Jan 2019. On 5th evening, they informed us that we would have to vacate. We refused. On 6th afternoon, when we returned from a trip, we found that all our luggage had been packed into laundry bags, to be shifted to another hotel. And our rooms had already been allotted to others, who were standing in our rooms. Imagine someone going through your personal items.On confronting the hotel management, we were given a lame excuse about some technical isssue.Strongly recommend that this hotel be avoided.

This was a horrible experience. We had previously been in Haywizz Havelock and we had such a great experience that we decided to try the same hotel in Port Blair. The exact opposite. The Wi-Fi didnt work at all (it worked in many other hotels), the rooms were not clean and the courtains arent thick enough so the light keeps coming inside the room. Even at night. But thats not the worse. The night that we stayed there, they were holding some kind of private party at their restaurant. Its not only that they didnt tell us about this, but they gave us the room just on top of the party. We couldnt sleep and after one hour and 45 minutes of going to the reception several times, asking the staff for a solution, they changed us to another room at 12:38am. The next morning, at 8am, they called to the room and told us to leave.They dont take any care about any customer, the staff, the quality and the experience not recommended at all. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. DISGUSTING

Room size is ok & food is good but service and service is pathetic. No one knows what to do... When you order it takes long time and then suddenly they will keep all the item on yr table . You have to ask for plates and to serve. You order two items they will bring one item and rotis and bring the second sabji or dal when you are almost through with the food. No professionalism......it will give you good food but give you frustration.

Very bad experience with this hotel in hvloc island, they made us wait for 2 hrs before check in to room. Staff was unable to help saying that room was not ready . Electric kettle was also not working, service was not good. They also served stale fish at dinner. I strongly recommend everyone not to stay here .

Hotel Haywizz is a good Hotel to stay in Port Blair. It is near to Airport so there is no inconvenience in reaching the Hotel. The Hotel is well maintained by the staff. A decent hotel in 3 star category. people who want to stay at a good place in low cost, this is the place. Disliked a few things which I would like Hotel management to work upon.1. Air Conditioning is not appropriate.2. Can not open the curtains to check view as there is no view since the hotel is in City area.3. Should have a good electricity backup.4. No WiFi as I guess its a problem on the entire island.

Room nos 205 onwards are recommended as they are away from the road. Location of the hotel is good as there is a supermarket next door,and its close to phoenix jetty and samudrika museum. Aberdeen bazaar is close-by, cellular jail is 10mins by auto. Food is ok, Chinese is good, indian is not. I was disappointed as I got very different service on recheckin. So would not suggest for those who want to recheckin.
