Worst service I ever had. They just want money nothing else. If you told them any issue regarding your bike they add many more. Its just a money making. They dont even care about there customer. Washing is not proper and when I asked them for re washing they just did this.

The worst service I had ever experienced was here.I purchased TVS Apache RTR 160 v4 dated 16 Nov 2020,I was sent to the so called gate no 2 where I was said to pick up my bike,when I visited it all vehicles were in dust and there plastic covers were removed.The person appointed their to give the delivery was soo annoying he did not even washed the bike properly after that when I took my bike I saw there was a crack on fibre at the left and the back tire and suspension was making noises.I will never buy anything from here and I will never suggest anyone to buy.Worst of the worst showroom and worst staff with arrogance I had ever met.And one thing I noticed their was the employees were filling there tank full with petrol which was alloted to fill for customer.

No complain for sales though but despite all these negative review, I thought lets try this service center and HELL YEAH they deserve negative review. Let alone rest of service area, their washing dint even clean the vehicle properly 1st time, when I complained then they did it though and I needed to follow up to done it fast but they dint care about the customer time. If any concerned person from service center reading this review, please take this as my suggestion and IMPROVE on customers priority and time commitment. I m surely not going to this service center next time until it improved!

FRAUDULENTS CHEATERS DECEIVERS!!!1.Last year I purchased a bike, during inquiry they promised me that we will give you 5 years of insurance free of cost i.e. 2 year accidental + 3 year 3rd party. Then next year I came to know that they have not added 2nd years accidental insurance when I went to shop they said youve to pay from your pocket. When I remembered them their promise they said that it was just a GIMMICK MADE FOR SALES. sorry for that. after this statement everyone around me left and neglected till I was been out there how can someone be so shameful?2.During delivery they told me that your vehicle is registered and ready for delivery.When I went and asked them about its papers they said that sorry it hasnt registered to RTO, dont worry well do it tomorrow, you can take it today. Wow !3..same thing happened during my 2nd service the salesman told me that youll need chain cleanup and overall. When I actually went inside to see whats happening they were using petrol from my bike to clean the chain .NO SPRAY NO ANY LUBE NOTHING! for that they charged me 200. They dont have tyre inflator at service station still their consumables are 120 a hefty one The Panchajnya takes around 50 RS .This dealer is a cheater.... Fraudulent dont go with these people

Purchased bike.. they commited to do registration within 5-6 days.. but even after 17 days I doesnt get number.. they said nothing we can do.. I want to go to my village with bike.. I had said to them about that.. but they cant helping me in the same..If you are new customer then there is welcome.. but if you are existing customer only Pani cum..

TVS Sai baba sales has got all the things a TVS aspirant would look for. Theyve got the brand new collection of the BS6 variants. Although the might Apache RR310 isnt available even for display. Yet the showroom readily take pre-order of the vehicle and the delivery is done in a week or so. Overall a good place to get all the stuff done with your TVS.

Went there in first week of March to buy RR310,since they dont provide test drive for rr310And the quoted delivery date was way too late.Customer-salesman ratio was so bad , there was no one to attend, has no waiting room.Salesman had no idea about delivery dates and could not answer my queries.Manager was too busy to respond to my queries, had to wait for like 20-25 minutes.I suggest you go to the shelar TVS if you are looking for RR310.Better service, better price quote and better delivery time guaranteed.Otherwise the place is good if you are planning to buy scooty like Jupiter or Ntorq or Apache160 or apache 200 .Ended up buying one from shelar,Service is good too.

After sales service is very bad, no one takes responsibility, the mechanic did a burnout on my Apache 200, when questioned they dont have answers. Service executives hv got a lot of attitude, if the executive who attended you is absent, the other executives dont bother if you approach them. Least bothered about customer services.
