Om yoga class keeps me physically as well as mentally fit and fine I had scitica pain from 1 year By taking 10 days therapy by Sir, l felt better . Very good therapy without any medicine l am very happy and thankful .

Its very very good and beneficial for me. Not only with body but always feel relaxed mentally also. Sir is truly yog guru. Very energetic and positive.

My sister had sciatica problem from last two years. nothing was helping. Then out of 10 days medical yoga course, within 2-3 days her pain was gone, she could bend her body now, she can sit , she can stand without pain. Totally amazed, i didnt expect recovery ....this fast. Also he guides very properly nd nicely. Surprise factor is , we connected virtually and still break thru it. :-)
