The hotel amenities are somewhere lacking. THE STAFF is co-operative and peaceful.

Not as per explanation. Room cleaning very poor. Bad sheet and pillow cover not change. Bathroom and toilet sheet not proper clean

Worst Hotel in pathankot ohhh sorry this is the worst ever hotel in whole world.1) Staff was arrogant2) Manager of this 3rd class hotel is the worst ever human.3) Stinky Rooms.4) Worst Food.5) No amenities Given.If you are looking for a good stay than please avoid this horrible hotel.Manager of this hotel definitely missed his basic etiquette lesson during his school days.They will charge you for anything they like and will draft new policies on the spot.Instead of living in this hotel i regret i should have spent my night in my car.A big NO to this Hotel.Avoid This and look for some other good options.

Hotel was good and food was also good... staff was also good specially the security guard. But the service was very slow..I use to call for tea for 5-6 times and every time they took 30-40 mi utes for 1 cup tea only... Bed sheets were not clean...spots were there...They just need to take care of service quality and the cleanliness...

My experience is good enough. Its a good hotel. And I really enjoyed here. Rooms are clean and services are good. I attended one function there and slight concern is parking, otherwise its a decent hotel having so many cool amenities. Im going to visit this place again very soon.

The hotel was nice. I visited there for staying as an overnight guest. We were given rooms which were nice and clean although in some rooms pest treatment was going on. Its a good hotel in a small city of punjab. All the basic facilities were available. The staff was very courteous. The food was tasty and delivered hot and timely to my room. The check in and check out process was also quite quick.

Good quality tasty food, freshly prepared. Priced little bit high, but ok considering quanity of dish. Interiors of the restaurant is ok, needs to be improved.

This hotel is situated on Dhangu Road Pathankot. Very old and well maintained hotel with time to time renovation. Good interior and reception desk.Approach to this hotel is easy. You can ask any one. This hotel also has very good restaurant. Quality of food is good . Neat and clean place to organize kitty parties and birthday parties.Overall view from my side is that it is a good budget hotel.

Good location on main road and almost equidistant from pathankot and cantt stations. Good hotel for overnight stay as pathankot is majorly a transit point towards the hills. we stayed for only 4 hours as were catching a night train from Cantt. In house food is a bit expensive but hotel allows deliveries from food chains.

This hotel is having zero hospitality policy being in the hopitality industry. After complaining  ** They provide us check in but after that it was worst nightmare for us to stay at this hotel. floor of room was sticky ...bedsheets are full of stains ....curtains are formality and NO PEST CONTROL IN HOTEL..THERE WAS COCKROACHES IN BATHROOM OVERALL VERY POOR EXPERIENCE ...AT LEAST THEY SHOULD HAVE CLEAN ROOM AND BEDSHEETS...

Located in busy street of Pathankot, this hotel offers no parking space for your vehicles. You have to park on road on your own risk. Rooms are normal, service is poor, food not good. Wont recommend

Hotel is very nice. Excellent room . Owner has done well to put a lot of money into the hotel. But management staff especially house keeping standards were poor. There were cockroach in the bathroom. Sanitation seal was there on the bathroom comode but seat was filthy and not cleaned .Towel were dirty.
