Staff is lost in their gossip, they hardly believe in keeping a watch for a call from a customer. The store lacks variety in karyana. Most items are not in stock. The karyana list you bring from home is not more than half completed here. Moreover mostly large packings in Bhujia or biscuit type items available. They do not deal much in small packings. Must avoid if family is small.

Big Bazaar is a very gud place. Here you can find almost everything. Vegetables, Fruits (Fresh) packed food etc. The clothing collection is also very gud. They got some good brands like Lee cooper, buffalo, DJ&C and many more. You can find clothes for men, women & childrens. The only thing I missed is that they dont have any shoes & electronic department. Else everything is nice.

I am a very frequent visitor of big bazar. After shopping customers are advised to cross check the billed prices. Sometimes it is more than MRP. It has happened with me twice in last month. Though refund was made after it was claimed but think of the unaware customer. Otherwise ambience is very good. Service is good

This big bazar is located at novelty mall pathankot city. Very good and place and spread in good area so that anyone can walk properly and choose things. Apperals and daily usage fmcg goods are there but there are also many products were absent . Products are available below market price
