I had given 2 rounds of interview. first round was total technical and about 30 min with Mr akash. In second round they gave me assignment to done within 2 days I had submitted the task in 2.5 days. After that the HR (geetika) told me for the final round with CEO but CEO was not available from last 3 weeks, HR cancelled 4th my interview ( last round) they all just wasting my time and this is very unprofessional behavior.If u dont have time Or u r not in the mood of hiring thn its a request plz dont waste other persons time.

I was work in Source Soft Solutions Pvt. Ltd and my experience is that this company is not good to you and you skill. You cant built up skill but you can forget your skills. All management is not good. He fired without notice period and you will get your offer latter when you terminated. Thats very funny thing.if you want to your productivity report you will get productivity report after 6 month. When he take your interview he promises to you about incentive but you will not get in your hole working period. Its very bed experience for me. Think first before you join.

I had campus placement with source soft sln in my College BIT meerut and i i wi not forget this experience untill i die , very much unprofessional experience , the second round was personal interview and it was like , hr randomly picked those who were visible to him. Seriously being a HR how can he do so, he had 2 years experience with jaro and still the pi was conducted in a very casual way . On what basis they are selecting , if you dont know how to conduct PI learn from us and one thing there was a girl in our group she repeated the word na at the end of sentence twice. Still she was selected uoe can you select her? Nevertheless it was my worst experience . A little advice for Jaro education please look at your selection procedure and learn how to conduct pi.

This is a fake company. They only cheats to there clients and portability is worst they didnt provided my last month incentive and experience letter. If you want to work here pls take care as it would be a risk with your career.

Sends out spam emails using throw away gmail accounts withour their company details etc in. Their emails break EU GDPR law and also US Can Spam law as I never opted in to receive their spam. Do you want to do business with someone that starts off their relarionship with you by breaking the law?
