As a Senior Software Engineer, I get to handle the latest technologies and work on the popular and upcoming platforms. It is adding to my knowledge and skill-set. My job is challenging yet interesting. I am learning something new every day.

In these few months, we saw how the world has transformed. The COVID pandemic is an unusual and growing global crisis that had devastated health, economy and has laid an immense social impact in every country. Company had been a strong backbone for its employees during these times. It was tough at first to decide, what would be possible changes that would help to continue working without hesitation. And the management was quick to bring a WFH policy for its employees. I think this step was necessary, and the management was right to consider this step crucial. Thanks, for understanding the safety needs of the employees.

We see many businesses are facing intense and immediate challenges due to COVID pandemic. So as a firm, But, it all got resolved after they allowed us to work from home. Yes, at first it was difficult to get adapted to these changes, as I didn’t have that mentality to work from home, but later I got used to it. And like me, my workmates working for me got used to it. Now, it is a wonderful experience working from home.

They allowed me to work remotely as a part of their 50% remote work policy. Due to some reason, I asked permission to work remotely, and after seeing the need, they allowed me the same. Therefore, I could fulfill both my personal and professional commitments back then. Really a useful policy.

Referral policy present here allows employees to refer their friends, relatives etc., for the available positions. I have referred my friends once or twice as a part of this policy, and they got selected. I am happy that I could contribute in a small way in building their career. Thanks to the management here, for hiring them.

A generous insurance policy is offered to the employees. It compromises of various insurance categories such as medical, accident, life cover, critical illness etc. Thus, one feels secure being a part of this company.

I was there for an interview. They have the best management of conducting the interviews. Different panels for different person and different round, which actually speed up the process without any delay. Moreover they dont make us wait for the result and announce on the same day, which was the best part.

The office spaces are good. But only 2 lifts in a building of 8 floors is a makes you feel frustrated a little.

Parking is available. Tavant office is cool and can be easily tracked via gmap
