Utterly unprofessional people.Please stay away.We dealth with them as a customer and with the exception of one person they are trying to run the show with trainees and untrained staff.The conduct is very poor and rude and its best to avoid this firm as they are no where close to maturing to an erp services firm.Save your precious time and money during this tough times and strongly stay away from them.

One of the most exciting company i have worked with. I was there in 2016-18 and joined the company as trainee and subsequently promoted to software engineer. I got opportunity to work on some really exciting projects in SuiteCRM and thanks to my mentors and team members, we successfully deployed the project on time. I felt good while working with Redian and part of making a positive environment and vibrant culture.I joined the company when it has just 18 people and those 2 years time, we become team of 29 when i left.I enjoyed the almost all festival celebrations at company and specially the annual day function.Thank you Mr. Pavan Verma, CEO and Mr. Amit Gupta, Business Head for giving me the opportunity to work with Redian and helping me grow as person and professional.

This is worst company ever.Experienced people dont go for interview.They take 4 round in 2 to 3 days.First they say you are shortlisted.After they say you are not selected.This company do just waste of candidate time.The company is worst management system.

Interview process was very bad, 1st round with hr , she was just asking what languages/framework known, based on that after 1hr , some were let go. 2nd round: 1 hr long english-programming C/C++ written test. 3rd round: Personal interview
