The worst consultancy I can ever imagine, they dont have etiquettes to talk and behave with candidates. A girl named Archana kumari she scheduled my and my fiance interview but due to some emergency we couldnt turn up so she tried to send us text messages calling us cheap people and jobless people. She started threating us as well.. such a idiotic recruiters working over there. I am thankful to myself that I havent gone for the interview.

Hi everyone, I feel like giving negative stars bcoz my experience was worst with this organizations staff... A recruiter(SWATI /Abhishek) contacted me for an opening but due to some urgent work I couldnt b there so she literally started sending abusive texts, which is so damn disgusting bcoz for any recruiter its a normal situation when candidate dont turn up and in this situation if they behave like this I wonder how they behave in much worse situation... Feeling sad for this organization for having such kind of impatient employees.. and whats even stupid is they are telling me to have professionalism while they dont have basic etiquette to talk to people...

So here is my review to your company!!I wish I would not have give you even 1 star, but the difficulties what I am facing here to get in touch with a concerned offshore HR has driven me so crazy that this is the only option I m left with.Its been more than three months that I have quit Jconnect and still I am struggling to get a basic mail reply from the concerned team or the department. I need to litrally write 3 mails post that I shall get one reply for only one answer.In your website it boldly says the below:Formidable and Result oriented Recruitment EngineFlexible Staffing Solutions - A customized approach for each engagementwhich i would totally say not even close to it you are working towards the goals or the resource satisfaction.It is a mind torture when no one is at your help and your money is stuck with them. After several time of escalation also the manager and the employee whom i m in touch with is least bother to solve my problem.What kind of company does this? or people who working for the company rather to put it.Worst people who are playing with the clients /resources money. Least bothered about the problem faced by us.

It is really been a worst conversation with jconnect . He really cursed of entire things of mine and quoting 90% south indians are like this. I was really worried on hearing words like south india, north india and central india. If the staff is not comfortable with south indian candidate why should he call south indian people or y should he accept south indian client. Really worried on hearing words stating every south indians are not responsible. Felt bad about his words.

5 Star !!! Why ? Because i had been worked here for almost a year and these star go for Jitu Sir (Owner) , Abhishek Sir (Kumar Abhishek) ,my manager. apart from these two super cooperative men, definitely , i liked the flexibility in term of timing, leave, policies and all. Great team i had over there and also a great manager. Thank you team !!
