Location is very less busy and noiseless, nothing around the area for food, restaurant etc.Go around if you work there, btw To The New is the coolest company around.

HR dont respect candidates and become rude while talking. If this is the condition even before entering the company then what will happen once you join. I faced a very unprofessional behaviour from one of the HR (Arun).. He disrespectfully cut the call in the end. If you are hiring it doesnt mean that other person is your slave. You should respect everyones profile and see whom you are talking to. You should really introspect. Cautioun to my fellow people!

I had an interview with this company. First of all, they were too lazy in sending schedule to us. Give a one hour interview, gave answers convincingly and had done projects to complement the profile. Still company selected those candidates with no projects, no experience in the field. Then they didnt declared results for two weeks or so. Probably most of the reviews about this company are paid ones. I had horrible experience with them.

This by far is one of the best Company I have worked till date. They really do care about their employees and the example for this is covid 19 pandemic where they ensure no employee get suffer in the tough time. I really appreciate the vision of the top management and all the effort put by the HR dept to ensure smooth WFH for each newers. I am proud to be newer and always will.🤗

No public transport are there, you can reach here by your own vehicle.But the best option is took NMRC metro for sector 143 and from there took E- riksha to reach.

Infrastructure was pretty.

Nice staff amazing ambience. Really supportive staff. Went there for Diwali stall and really liked the supportive nature of the staff. The theme was to buy for a cause. And they really supported the cause. Got great footfall on our stall. Very clean and organized office . Canteen was great.

One of the best company to work for. Its truly a great workplace to work. Open environment. Some people feels its not a good company because they want to take credit of others and thats not possible here. Whatever you do its your work either its good or bad. Higher management is really good and they are always ready to listen you. Company wants feedback from employees, you can directly walk to CEO of the company and he will listen to you.

Dont know much about company. I went there for interview and interview process was good. Culture and environment vise looking good, reviews on Glassdoor are also good But not a good payer only gave 20% hike to me. Offer not accepted

This is the best place to work in the India.The company take care of you as you devote your time and efforts to it. Staffs are very cordial and nobody shows you a bossy attitude. It is a kind of enjoyment you will enjoy the work given to you.

TO THE NEW has very amazing infrastructure. You may face problem while finding this place. Parking is available here. I go there for interview for Mean stack developer post. But really disappointed from their HR management.

Went there for interview.Good Parts:1. The interview process was good.2. There was nothing to dislike about the location and infrastructure, infact I liked that.The Bad Part:1. The HR lacked it, I did the final round on a Thursday, they said you will hear from us on Monday. But ..I got no response --- I emailed, they ignored, I called they ignored.No feedback, no response, no closure. That was frustrating after devoting time, effort and money for the interview.

Good mentoring, Never seen such big devops team. All members are friendly. No need to do google if you are in ttn devops team. almost all new tech stack discussion all the time. Top level management people are very down to earth.

Recently interviewed here. Good infrastructure and good cooperative staff and employees. They give importance to interviewers time.

I came here as part of our campus placement. The office is very good. And also at very good location. But in the end i did not get job offer from here. Hopefully i will be lucky next time.

Wish 0 star was available. As they called me thrice for an interview rounds and I went again and again straight from south delhi (almost 50kms up-down) and I met 3 marketing managers from different domain at different days. After 4 rounds they were still not able to make decision based on my Interview. They wasted my precious time and I kinda felt unprofessional behavior from their HR as she did not have the guts to pick up my call and say directly about my interview.My Ratings:Professionalism - BIG ZEROInfra - 6/10Location - 5/10

They scheduled an interview on Saturday and took almost a full day to complete it.After all the rounds and interviews in the evening HR left for the day and panel replied you will be having an HR round at last.Even after two days they scheduled for HR round on next Friday but it never happened as they did not replied to any of my emails.
