Fraudulent company. employees keep on changing. the sales person will commit something and the deliverables will be something else. When youll become an old client then theyll try to retain you by stopping or holding on your sms balance and hold up your customer data. Above all they sell your customer data to their other clients for marketing. All in all not a safe place to manage your business. Even the director is huge fraud and he will try to woo you with marketing campaigns and hold up your money without any (i mean 0) results.Think 100 times before giving them your hard earned money. Look for other companies and other software options before making a decision.

I didnt even contacted him , he is the one who called me and forced me to meet and discuss, when I said no .. he started ....aapne Mera 2 ghanta waste Kar Diya .. aap le Nahi sakte s/w , aap confused ho etc. Do you guys think customer will just spend 20 k without doing any research ? Total scam. They promised us something and completely went back on their words as soon as the cheque cleared. Their salesperson who use to be all very sweet and helpful started shouting on our manager when she asked for the start of the program, as 14 days had passed but no one even contacted us for 2 weeks after cheque clearance so we had to run after them about whats happening. We didnt use the program for a single day and they denied to refund a single penny escilating the complaint to their owners wont help also as they just dont care.

The sales representative called me a 1000 times before making the sales.I had given them the address once and they dropped at my place and gave me false commitments and I paid for the software, since I needed it bad at that timeI was supposed to receive the software in 7 days. Its been ages.No one is picking up the call now and sales executive have started ignoring my calls.There customer care no. ask for recorded voice message. I tried that, no revert.I didnt use to care about reviews much. I should have read it. If you go through this one.There are a lot more CRM companies. Do not go for this one. I warn you !!!!

Exclusife is a fraud company, please try and keep your self away from them.I had taken a pack of web plus and was promised to be delivered within 2 months and it’s has been almost a year now the work has not been finished and delivered they way it was promised, and I have started getting package renewal calls.i have lost 15-20,000 on the annual pack and feel cheated and harassed.I tried atleast a thousand times for a refund but you know how these kind of companies react to the refund policy.i wish I could file a complaint against them but now I’m tired and just wanted to warn you all.

Such unprofessional company. They would commit a great deal of customer service at the time of cracking the deal however, you would be hardly heard on your issues. Extremely unreliable. On a technical glitch I was asked to wait for 4 days and When I showed my disgust They stopped responding to me completely.Have never experienced such a bad customer service, everything seems to be so difficult for them. They arent familiar with their own systems, no technical know-how, no sensitivity towards their clients business impact because of their technical errors. Moreover they wont be even apologetic for the situation.
