Im running an agency with team of 60 members and started using services of MyOperator from last week of April to till date. My experience with them is completely horrible. i was facing issues like call missed and voice clarity from the first day and gave almost 2 months to them to get it resolved. Now, after 2 month their team has stopped taking calls.Customer Support, which is the backbone of any company providing any services , is very poor.Dont waste your money and time. They dont deserve and respect it.Worst experience

Very poor response and service no technical support provided.no solution to problem refund my annual money. Worst partnership model. You did fraud with me taken INR 2 Lakh from me and when asked for refund just because you were not able to deliver what my client has request just a multi level IVR.Will meet with you in consumer court.

Well.. looks like the Agents are only behind money. We took the service , The agent Shubam insisted on payment in next 30 minutes... We did the payment . once the payment was done... ,the service was deactivated. Looks like Kyc had to be submitted for the service to get active. But this was never shared by the agent. He was only insisting payment. Paid and the service is not active for 4 days... The kyc will take another 3 days... overall false promises are given by agents.

Fraud company and agents.Our company account was debited with an auto-charge without any reason. The company accepted its fault but does not refund the money. ITS BEEN 1.5 MONTHS since we got wrongly debited and their agents dont seem to care. Strongly advice against dealing with this company.

Delay in service is everyday affair. During CoVID I thought staffs are not serious may be because of work from home or not salary being delivered due to pendamic but now I realise its culture of company . Billing is also sceptical and no proper communication.Very small team of 4 to 5 ppl from a shared office in sector 16

We were using their services for last 3 years and have valid subscription with advance payment till December 2020. During lockdown they discontinued our services mentioning over usage. For last one and half month our clients are not able to connect to us and myoperator is saying till the time you don t pay for over usage, the services cant be restored. Further, they will keep charging for this period of service suspension as well.Really unacceptable, just for Rs. 2000 over usage you can bar the communication and stall the clients of company. Who is going to bear the reputation and business loss.Recommend everyone to move out of such companies who black-mail you as the number circulated is with them.The height is that even if we discontinue, myoperator is not going to refund the balance amount of unused months. So we have paid 12 months subscription for 3 months usage.TRAPPED!!!Further, please dont believe on the reviews which are posted by their own employees & friends.

We have been using My Operater services for a few months and are very satisfied with it. Their team is very capable and well equipped to answer customers issues. I have been dealing with 2-3 of their executives and have always been handled well.The only reason for 4 stars, is that I think they charge a bit more than they should. Other than that, its all good.

Only 25% call get connected and no concrete solution provided to improve % over last 1 year. When there was over usage my account suspended and relationship manager do not call or message me this impacts loss of two days of business which is unacceptable. Hi....sharing our experience with my operator....they are cheater....worst service...they sales representative do excellent job ,make all kind of commitments but when u take the service then one account manager is assinged then you will hear the real music...they give virtual number of choice and commit to handover the number permanently which they never do and later once you circulate the viurtualnumber to your customer base then they will blackmail you to conitnue the service with them.......worst service

I am using My oprator cloud base telephony software. It is very easy to use and helpfull. I would like to recommanded to this software for small organization. Because this is very costless and high productivity. There is never break down for service support. Specially Nasreen Akhtar is always available to help on Phone, Mail and whatsApp even after she on leave/ Holiday. This review is for staff.Very rude behavior of Prachi (*****42733) from Technical Team. I registered our concerned 21st Dec, 2019 (Saturday). The executive informed us that he has arranged a call back within an hour. We did not receive a single call on that day. We called for some urgent work. After 8 days, Ms Prachi or Preeti called me to inquire about our concern. I just asked her when did we raise our concern? first she said that it will take time for me to get that information. Still I asked her when we raised the complain? then she said on 21st Dec. She was talking with attitude as if she has just called as formality, not to help the client.She also said they contacted me on the same day but did not get connect. After 8 days, she got a dream to call back again. SHe did not call after 24hrs, 48hrs but after 8 days.Our account manager Manmeet Kaur (****29944) only name sake shes got tagged Manager Doesnt reply on time. Never answers call... At once I was speaking with her and she transferred the call to Shivani her colleague. and Shivani was speaking with as Manpreet. they sit next to each other as manager and technical person. All these ladies are full of attitude speaking with client.Never gets call on time from any of the department. Staff calls whenever they want to call.DO NOT accept your work done on urgent basis.

Shailendra - sales person is only keen on selling the package with false commitments. The service team - my account manager is RUCHI- is pathetic. After several call issue is not resolved. They promised me outgoing call recording facility which was not give, Calls are getting missed with no notification being received on phone. You need the check the panel repeatedly to check which calls are missed. Its a huge loss in business. Nor do they refund the money for not liking the service as committed at the time of sale.

Cheater company, once you have the package they will start blackmailing and stop the services without any notice. 4 days a Week their services are interpreted. Mr. Ashok he never pick up the phone once you pay them the package fee.
