I truly enjoyed going into work every day. I love the people I work with. Everyone is always willing to help and friendly. I have gained expertise on multiple domains such as e-commerce, e-health,e-learning. We have great managers here and the management is very transparent. The culture is my favorite thing about Algoworks. It is very diverse and family oriented.The work-life balance is great and flexible.

Algoworks is a great company! i recently had an interview at Algoworks and I must say they have a superb team, the whole team is very supportive & friendly and help in every possible way. I Really wanted to be a part of that team but unfortunately I was not selected but they did give me a very good feedback which helped me a lot in improving my weak points.

I have heard good about the company work culture and environment but the interview process is not good. You may have to wait for hours to get anyone to attend you. In the mail the interview process mentioned may be different from what you will actually face. Please discuss clearly about the expectation and process if you are going for interview.

Company is good but there are some managers who has no skill that how to deal with client. They need communication classes and also they need to respect their employees and some managers are involved in politics and they have Disrespectful Behavior towards their team members.

Worst company... Dont go for interview...after 2 hours my number for interview and my interviewer are using mobile continue during interview and after one hour he said to me that you have to leave for today...
