I have taken shoes from your store 1st week of November, 2020, I am normally using shoes from home to office by cab not using that shoes dally nor for the morning walk, I hardly taken 400 to 500 steps in a day but within 2 month that REDTAPE branded shoes pasting is opened , I am highly disappointed with brand REDTAPE, you have given me a very cheap quality product. I have taken the shoes for Rs. 1700 approx while other brands were available in half of it. I will not suggest any body REDTAPE brand to buy.

Got a chance to visit the store for the first time.. and it was an amazing experience as they have 70%off at that time.. they have selected stock which is very good you dont have to look much for a better option plus the price is so much reasonable its amazing..

Nice and good. Its price for all the item are low they give you always discount arounga 50 to 60 %.But the actually price if you compare is very high after discount ypu will bi happy so i think they need to decrease their price rather than giving discount on product. But overall product is good for its range for middle clasa family.

Very bad experience with REDTAPE at GIP MALL, NOIDA. I had boughta pair of FORMAL SHOES in month of May, 2018. I found few pasting defect after one month & pasting has been out of its sole after some weeks. I went to REDTAPE STORE for complaint/suggestion for this issue. They directly refuse to any help, my shoes in under warranty. But, they still denied & said to me, Well not replace your shoes in very bad manner. Even, they have no manner, how to deal/service with customer on call.
