No stock of items, staff did not support for finding the right size for around 30 minutes and, further billing issue for 15 minutes. At the end manager instead of taking a positive action towards the entire situation, just simply ignores and passes sarcastic remarks. This particular Bata Store, needs some real shake up!

Famous and very old brand this name Bata is synonymous with the shoes 👟 in Noida it is available in a few location and this is the nearest please from my location. Unfortunately it is still closed due to Covid guidelines as the Malls are not open, otherwise it has a good collection of footwear and other items, very well mannered staff and pleasent ambience.Accessibility Features: Yes=Ramp access. This is an ideal destination for footwear. I bought two pairs of shoes-good ones.

The store at the logic mall, city centre, Noida is one of the best stores of Bata in the NCR. The store is spacious and have a wide range.of products for all categories. The kids section is having variety of options. The staff are cooperative and jovial. The sales and billing counter is prompt and friendly. Overall, its one of the best stores to shop from.

Worst experiece , manager dont have manners to talk with customer . I bought 2 pairs of shoes on 6th of April , among of them they give me one at the same time and promise me to provide the other one on next day because they dont have the actual size available .Next day I got a call from them that my product is arrived and when I reached there they said article which I ordered is mismatched so it takes one more day . And today when i visit the store for my product manager Mr. Tiwari said its not sure that we will deliver you the same product ,Its not their responsibility . Managers way of talking was very rude and pathetic . After a long conversation he agreed for the refund but bcoz of their misguidance and irrisponsible behaviour my 3 days is wasted and time too . I advice you all that never pay in advance if you are going to shop for this store . Mr. Tiwari is very arrogant and dignified about their managers post they dont even know he is at store for customer service not for his post dissemblance .

Price are affordable but difficult to find sizes.

The owner is least bothered to serve.. Only interested in clerical work that is billing.If an item doesnt have the reqd size u should assist the customer for the other item.Or else have atleast 2 assistants for Every customer that u r getting.
