Bought a shoe few months back , when reched to claim the warranty due to defective shoes , store manager behavior was very bad, he was not intrusted in helping even when I got the replacement approval from nike which was also communicated to him by nike. First he denied to recieved any mail from nike while it was already sent to him 4 days back. And also he put the onus on me to get it again.Not satisfied with the behavior of store manager..Not recommended to any body. Nike as a brand is good . But the store is not recommended.

If you are not keen bad customer service then you can take the chance of avoiding this store.To give you an idea, you can expect them with attitude, being judgemental (very judgemental) and patronising.To be honest , not sure they were having a bad day or what all together, but surely ruined my day.tip would be to dress nice, maybe dress rich, so that it would be convenient for them to start the fawning.
