1) No one responses on phone. Poorest after sales response.2) Wrong information that HDFC shall credit back 10% of bill amount. Even after more than 24 hrs, nothing happened. Who shall pay me my Rs 2156/- back?3) My relevant bill no 221370T0SC01616 dt 05th Sep 21.

Overpriced than the Adidas Website itself. Better get from Amazon. I was charged twice the amount of the product and No discounts were given. Never coming back to this place again.

Adidas showroom is located on the first floor of the Logix city centre mall, right in front where the escalator ends. The showroom is big and keeps a good variety of all sorts of apparel, footwear and other stuff. There have been reports of disappointment from the customers over a return, refund and exchanges. But all in all, its a good brand with a nice reputation among customers. They accept all sorts of payment methods.

Nice place for shopping but too costly .

Fast delivery is the best thing, which I love about this online store. I was in a hurry because I had to attend a family function all of sudden. I have only three days and they delivered me the product within 2 days.

If ur product has some issue,they have no return no exchange or no credit note policy.They mis sold a lower of Rs.2500.On filing complaint ,they were very reluctant .TAt to response was 14days...its been 20days and no calls or response yet.
