The staff and owner of NRI Electronics are downright rude and liars.They did not send send the technician to attend to my complaint for repair of my Sony TV, and kept lying that the technician is sick.They behave as if we are the Service Providers and they are the customers, and that they are doing the customer a big favour by providing service support. Better to deal with more customer-friendly local electronic repair shops.

The service center didnt initially pickup the call twice but did on 3rd attempt & when I visited the centre the receptionist was soft-spoken & quite professional. The replacement of product wasnt given a definite timeline though.

Good service.Costumer executive are politely handle the situation.I go there at 10:30 and my work is done within 20 min. Thats good experience for me. because when you go anywhere service centre then they ask many questions to avoid there responsibility.Sony is a well known company for good service.Infact all japanese company dedicated to their quality and accurence.

Such a poor service center that they cant even keep their phone number working.Incoming calls to the number is barred....Means they have not paid their phone bill..Does not expect this from service center of SONY...Shame

Guys Sony sucks. And I try to call this service centre but they not attend my call. And I think this service centre is not good here. People always face problems with Sony. Im using Sony Xperia c 5 ultra and yaar battery problem hai tagda isme and even my original charge is not working. I wana buy a new charger
