Extremely bad experience. First time purchased any item through them. But regrets now, instead have gone through Croma only. Its a headache to recieve any kind of support after purchasing any item. Their customer care is pathetic, u keep calling them, because they are unable to handle your queries they will keep cutting your calls. I mean a big brand reliance should exactly use their call recordings to teach their staff how to do a proper customer care. Atleast do a investment on them so that the end user just dont regret buying things from ur store. I will never ever again buy something from your store. I learned my lesson. Thank you!

Had a bad experience yesterday when I visited store 8.30 pm to buy IPAD Staff at finance department were not interested to work there were 4 people only 1 was working rest no one was interested to work they had excuses for every thing person in IDFC T Shirt was very casual when asked I want to talk to manager they said hes on leave Where as Croma was more customer friendly & did there job well

Team was warm but store is mellow down version of usual Reliance Digital outlet.

Everything is available but once you get your product from them, its over from their side. If you got any problem with product, they wont lend a hand. will direct you straight to brand. Better to buy products straight from brands then and get better offer rather purchasing from them. Trust me on this one.

Check out for shopping for any electronics. Not the best prices but you do get some good deals sometimes. Also there is croma nearby on the same floor to compare and buy. They run some credit card and EMI offers sometimes. Can just check out the specs on demo pieces they have to while away your time.

I had purchased an AC of 1.5 TR of voltas brand with model number 183MZD 3 STAR.It was an amazing experience over there as the person whichWas with us had a very fine tuning with us.I would personally suggest each one to go at least specifically to the AC section to the Mukesh because he settled our AC with in 10 minutes.Very good human being hope God bless him.

I will suggest croma which is just next to it for timely & smooth delivery or Sargam at sector-18 for more faster delivery as well as installations. One should avoid shopping of big electronic items from this store.

I went to purchase a Microwave and quoted online and Croma price. Asked them to match the price and I am good to purchase. And the representative starts to argue that croma and amazon sells duplicate and poor quality product.Better go for Croma or Amazon than Reliance Digital.

I visited here to purchase a mobile handset in exchange to my old mobile.During the evaluation, the representative quoted a decent exchange value.When I went to purchase and get my old mobile in exchange, he changed the quoted value to merely nothing! This was a shock for me and I just realized that to hook customers what type of things these guys can do.Moreover since I made my mind to go for purchase, I asked for the new handset.During billing, I noticed that all representatives were quarreling among themselves. Some were getting angry and some were just doing time pass. I have never noticed such an unprofessional behavior in any mall shop.My billing itself took an hour!I will never visit again this place.

If you need good discounts on electronic appliances or gadgets you can go to reliance digital. One can get variety of choices there. The sales persons are also educated about the product. You can ask anything about the product from them. You can exchange your mobile with new one also there n they will give you more exchange than other mobile exchange shops.

The product range is huge though holding limited stuff under each product (thats a dampener). Still if your stuff is there, I bet you would get the best price here. The billing was quick too. A good option. To be explored before closing the deal.

Worst place i seen in my life I was saying this because i buy an air conditioner from here and my ac is not installed completely outer ac fan is on roof not fitted on stand and drainage pipe is also not joined only they fitted indoor unit and I call them contact them for more than a week and they said that now an additional money is required for installation twice they want installation charge

Big Fraud. They will sell you an ac and give free installation but installation will never happen. They have sub contracted installation to local technicians who are extremely rude and unprofessional. They will never come for installation. I have been calling their call center for 10 days and there is no hearing of complaint.

The whole point of visiting a store is to see things and get details by the sales team .. but if they start fighting amung themselves and start criticizing each others product.. like this is better that one is bad...The whole point goes down to gutter.. I understand they might have target pressure for sales but just dont be so needy that the person who came to ur store to spend money goes out of the store without purchase because of ur ugly sales tactics ... Reliance please teach good sales technique to ur team and ask them to show the products which customer wants not what they want to sell. Purchased a Samsung refrigerator from here on 30 Sep. Defective dented products delivered twice. Still waiting to get a good quality refrigerator after 12 days of purchase. Should have avoided this and purchased from croma.

Worst experience. From last 5 days we are waiting delivery of our AC but still store is making fool of us. They just collect money from the customers but dont deliver products at time. This was our first and last purchase from reliance digital. Even I will suggest my friends not to buy anything from this store.

Purchased most of the electronic products from here, few staffs should be a little more cooperative & knowledgeable about there products.

They have huge staff but I guess they need more profound training. Management here is not so good. Sales guys just rush towards a customer in groups.

Horrible customer service, they will promise delivery of product next day but do not deliver it, when I called them to check status the response is warehouse is in haryana so will be delivered in night shift, the installation guy called and said that he will install only if product is delivered before 1pm so basically after I buy a product worth 40 k , these idiots expect me to wait for 2 days for a product to work because 1 day needed for delivery and 1 day for installation . The sales guy never mentioned such a thing and was pretty sure of the fact that I will be able to watch my tv from afternoon next if I buy there product. I got fooled. Please AVOID them. Buy from a better store. I am pretty sure that a local store would give better service and show some obligation towards delivery of a product.

Reliance Digital has varieties of products in their kitty.They do provide good discount, but there sales person are very eager to sell the products.I ordered Samsung 9 KG washing machine, but due to smartness of the sales person, the delivery got delayed by 4 days. He forgot to change the address correctly.###########Issue got resolved at 6th day

Its a good place for buying household electronics . The prices are very reasonable , with lots of offers and cashback options available on different mode of payment. So far , reliance digital has been a much better choice for than the Croma store on the same floor . Sales men have also good knowledge of the product and they are thoroughly explaining different features of products very patiently to the customers .

Pathetic arrogant staff. Promised to deliver 2017 model of a bluestar AC and after full payment the model received at home was more than one year old!!! When it was brought to the notice, no one bothered to really take it seriously- rather they were hellbent on getting it installed. And this was when we paid extra 4K for 2 years extended warranty to be provided by Reliance. When insisted for 2017 model, they had the audacity to say that its gonna cost 6k more. Only after threatening to initiate legal action, they agreed to process refund, which too will take 10-15 days as per them. AC still not reverse picked up. Wont ever make a purchase of a large appliance from Reliance Digital.

Only thing good about it is that it is in logix mall, otherwise staff not that supportive. Also not sure about product quality as one Earphone purchased lasted only two month.Try to first take an idea of the price before going there.
