WORST SERVICE EVER.I had purchase a few items from Croma earlier and had no complaints at all but 5 months ago I bought an Inverter AC which started showing issues. I did call their customer service I dont know how many times to get an engineer visit and check the issue. But the engineers are so clueless, they just know how to clean the AC and thats it. The engineer visited twice and still could not figure what the issue was. And dont even talk about the customer executives , they are so rude and impolite. They do not know how to respectfully talk to any human infact. I am so so so dissatisfied with the customer service and I regret buying the product. And I am sure that is was my last purchase from Croma.

This place is one of the best places in Noida if you need to buy electronic devices and gadgets. I was quite impressed by the fact that they had the collection of phone which was launched just one day before my visit and its dummy was also available for inspection by the customers. Although the staff here is professional, they need to be better.

Have purchased the mobile phone I wanted to buy for a long time from the Croma store online.It’s the RedMi Note 8 Pro phone which is a real deal in the market for any mobile phone lover, who is also low at the budget but looking for something valuable at the top.I had my eyes on the RedMi Note 8 Pro for quite some time and I finally have it in my hands.With such high advanced processing cores in-built the phone, it is a really good choice that I have made and bought from Croma at the right time because I got it at a 9% off through Croma.

They didnt provide GSTIN for other states. Very rude when you ask for GST bill... Overall worst experience

Employee are okay, they only have elementary knowledge, do your indepth analysis before buying, do not purchase chroma products (their own products, they r mostly bad). After sales service is okay okay, nothing especial compared to others

Croma around India is among best to buy electronics items.. am under rating it due to the unwanted extra charges which chroma is taking for extended warranty...Chroma is charging for 20k whereas some other outlet is charging 3k for extended warranty.. which I felt they are cheating..

Very much disappointed with the staff at this croma store. They are not at all interested in you and doesnt give you time to showcase their products, features and deals. I had visited the store a couple of times to buy a OnePlus phone and the sales person always looked so disinterested every time. And this is not just with me, I noticed that he wasnt giving proper attention to any other customer standing on the OnePlus counter. Neither he was explaining the phone features clearly nor telling us about the bank deals running in thr store at that time. He was not even properly answering our questions and was just trying to escape out. And the most frustrating part was when instead of explaining about the OnePlus device, he started showing off other vivo/mi models when we were clearly not interested in those phone.Tata/Croma must take a note of such things and look into this as how their sales person are handling and treating their customers.

I expected to give some token amount but they didnot forced me much and arranged the product for me. I visited and called almost everyshop of apple. But these guys rescued me from the deadlock.....Try once their hospitality...you will like it...

Very nice mall! Well located near the Wave City Metro in Noida its well maintained with something for everyone. Play areas for the kids, make-up, shoes, electronics, a movie complex even groceries. Five stars for Logix.
