The biggest cheater in Raj Nagar extension.Other builder are giving 2 year maintenance free but they are taking 2 year maintenance in advance from customer.When I buy my flat my project was on first phase but they shift it to second phase without any written information and keep charging as per first phase.First they increase 30 SQFT after that 35 SQFT without any written justification. They did not took their customer in confidence, If customer deny for that there is no answer from there management.Once they reply on phone that if you are not agree take your money back without interest.I will suggest not to buy property with that kind of cheap builder who are cont considering there customer a bit.Seriously I dont have word for that kind money minded and poor builder.
