I have a booking in this projects Phase I and have paid all instalments as demanded. The project has been long delayed. Only recently work has restarted on it.According to the contract they are about three years delayed. It is now projected to take about two years more. The contract says in case of delay, Amrapali will compensate buyers. Let us see when it is actually delivered, whether all that was committed is delivered,and what compensation is offered in lieu the delay.
