Giving you 3 rating because atleast you delivered the flat and helped in all possible ways in dealing with bank etc. But at the same time, built quality is not so great of flat and looks quite raw.

They have done fraud to many customers in their every project. Panchsheel Square project customers mainly for Lower Ground floor are still waiting for possession. On the Top of it they have given them a issue of wall in the main entrance area.

Pathetic -5 starts.Dont invest in their projects they are thieves and CRM team is worst !!

My flat is in Greens2 A6 1401, Even after one year of full payment and fitment period. I am still struggling in getting handover. Quality is very poor. In every flat you will find seepage issue. I need to write here because they openly say jo Karna hai kar lo. You will only get frustration after talking to them...If there will not any fake reviews, their rating will be 1 because there is no 0 rating

There is no single services that is good or done on time except the money matter.Even you cannot fix your curtain rods probably, it comes out every 2 months n need maintenance . Maintenance team is not at all helpful they do not provide services properly except plumbing work .

I have seen almost all the places and projects in NCR of different builders. But found some or the other problem with different builders. then one of my friend suggested me to check the properties of Panchsheel Group. believe me I found their projects unique from other builders not only in terms of facilities that they provide but also the construction quality with which they complete the projects.

Poor builders, never gives your home/ flat on time dont buy from them or just buy where the flats are ready to move, just dont buy under-construction flats

There is jo maintenance. It is run by dictatorship. Basic facilities like sanitation and security is missing. Builder is deaf, dumb and probably blind. Issues pending for last 2 years are not yet addressed.common requirements like internet and proper network is missing. Pathetic.

I booked flat in pinnacle F-2tower with a summer offer (in which air conditioner fitted in both bedroom, module kitchen below the counter, geyger in bathrooms, wooden wardrobe in both bedrooms, led lights fans in all rooms, water purifier and ect.) for this I paid extra above one lakh with cost of flat but during handover time they denied to full fill the offer or return to extra money. So, overall conclusion is that they are fraud and I will never go to panchsheel again and also advice to my known person.Thank you

Panchsheel work is absolutely 3rd class which can be seen by its material and finishings used in its projects.After looking at the builders projects from inside,I am 100% sure his all projects are cleared through BRIBES.This builder can never clear his projects without offering bribes.It doesnt even deserve 1 star.If had the option,Iwould have given zero rating.Will NEVER recommend to anyone,anywhere.Save your hard earned money by saying no to it.

I Recently bought a 2 bhk flats in Panchsheel Hynish at Noida Extension, Sales Staff was excellent dealt with me very patiently. I asked them queries nearly for 4 hrs. The person there, answered patiently their after sales service till registration and handover was very professional.

I visited Panchsheel Hynish, the sales staaf is very nice they brief me everthing about the project and I meet my requirements in Panchsheel Hynish.

I would love to support Panchsheel Group in this forum as atleast if we talk about Panchsheel Cascades quality it is very nice.

There are nany societies in noida extension which are offering many offers but they do fake promises at the time of booking but Panchsheel Pratishtha is the best which gives you all aminities and offers which they offer nice place for investment and dor your dream home.They are offering various facilities such as swimming pool, 24x7 security, childern play zone.

Builder with lot of fake promises and delayed work. Even if they are giving possession but this is not the excuse the to justify everything which they are not doing. Their moto is to extract money from customer as much as they can. Its like living in a remote village with no basic amenities.

One the third class services after sales do not buy anything from them... Even a bathroom they will sell with creep stuff

Its a serious matter for panchsheel buyers, that builder is just doing at their own way with undeclared and unreasonable charges, how can building run on genset and authorities are declaring the completion certifications for the same. Genset is impacted of day today life with heavy pollution.#They are not closing the boundaries due to their own commercial gain compromising health and safety issues.#Overloaded their own vendors within society to coming housing members.#Advance stamping cost even they are not confirming for registry from authorities.# Overriding the RERA rules on their delay compensations.We looking authorities to look into and save families to avoid any upcoming issues...RegardsNaveen Grover

Panchsheel is a good builder, there construction quality is good. I am happy to have invested in their Panchsheel Greens II Project.

I have purchase a flat in panchsheel wellington crossing republic, good place to live,but where builder is harassing people on a daily basis by putting unnecessary maintenance charges and other, no gas pipeline installation done by builder, LPG Gas Pipeline Installation by resident. construction quality is very bad, very small park, no green area in society . sale unnecessary open parking. 2 new illegal tower construction started in small area.

I am writing this review sitting in their reception area realising how some these people be so disrespectful for your time . This company is nothing but a Lala jis shop but in a nice way all employees wear suite boot and keep lieing all day making customers sit in their lobby for hours and dont have respect and value for peoples time.This company is probably the worst company to work with. just imagine if they cannot treat well with their own employee how they will treat their customers. seriously shameful and irresponsible. all they have lies to tell they dont have any integrity and no backbone to stand on moral ground, highly unprofessional morons and runs like a lala jis shop .

Chor... Bakwaas builder. Even refused to return money for the project, they promised to give possession by 2017 and havent started construction. Staff is very rude specially Ms. Monika in HR. I have flats in Hynish T5A UG 05 .there is regular seepage problem from the upper Floor.that couldnt be fixed out as per maintenance team. Panchsheel is charging us PLC charges from buyers.Kitchen granite fallen down automatically and broken down.Floor tiles not cleaned as on date after several reminder to the maintenance team.they are not bother about the service just because of they have taken money for two years in advance.I would not suggest any one to buying property from such builder.I hope it will be helpful for the person who is planning to buy flat with panchsheel buildtech.

I had bought a flat in Panchsheel Primrose for three year ago,but I sorry to say that build quality is not up to the mark of satisfaction and poor maintenance facility available here.

Hi Team,I have faced numerous issues, from the time I bought the flat in Panchsheel Pratishtha. After almost 4 years of taking the flat, I am not satisfied or happy with the service of Sales team, to project team to Maintenance team with at least once. I feel very much cheated the way things were told and currently managed by Panchsheel. I am not too sure why Panchsheel do not want to make their clients happy of Pratishtha, though it was luxurious themed property when sold. I believe you all know residents are very much different from other society residents, they are capable of many things. But I am sure they will not guide any one to invest in Panchsheel getting most pathetic service. It’s simple you can see the rates of other flats in Sector 75, though quality is not there but service is superb.I am not too sure why you don’t want to keep residents happy, ultimately if you keep them happy trust me. your flats rates can zoom up, without doing any additional sales & marketing,  as our mouth of words is enough for it and believe me here residents would want to invest again.Issues with all the departments.Sales team promised me for wood work, but it your team changed and it’s not there on your internal file hence I did not get it.Project team - My handover still not completed as per the builder agreement copy, I was supposed to get some items, which was never been given as it is out of stock till date. Also, I was asked for sweets and something more while giving the handover (which is the opposite from other builder)Project team not able to complete various stuff final painting, fixing etc till date of the towers.Maintenance Team - Maintenance is going worst and pathetic on every given day, they are trying to reach the worst-case scenarios of services. You email them, you will not get a simple reply.What we did to improveWe had numerous meetings with you all, including directors and GM as well. Most of the GM when we explain the issues and when they started working on the issues, they are no more in the companies. I believe  things started moving little bit when we had a meeting Mr Anuj in 2016 and when we all residents visited your Noida office in 2019, but all got stalled within a week.Our issues list keeps on increasing day by day, which are available with the maintenance team.We had a meeting last Friday first time with Mr Hemant, we had told the urgent issues to him, he asked to wait for a week to see the quick results. He is now not picking up the calls. I am not too sure if he is still with the company or not, as a responsible person will give a call back or update the residents on the changes.From last 3-4 months, cleaning staff reduced to 25 which was 80+. Security staff reduced to 25 which was 35+. Maintenance staff also reduced, and no carpenter from last 6-7 months. & moreover, they are not paid from some months now.Our intercom is not working for 7-8 months now, it was fixed multiple times, but did not worked for not more than 1-2 days. No properWe have paid in advance the maintenance amount of 2 years, and getting ground breaking pathetic services,

I wanted to rate them with 0 Star but unfortunately it is not possible in Google. The entire Team of Panchsheel is Irresponsible and Unprofessional. This is really a Worst CRM Team I ever met, not a single person is helpful there. Ms. Nikita, Ms. Nisha, Ms. Chanchal, Receptionists and Father of all Mr. VIKAS TYAGI all these people are good for nothing. Pre-Sales they are just too good, they are always behind you to close and Post sales they don’t even know who are you. Whenever you call them, they have a standard reply that we will call you back as we are in meeting and they never call back from Top to Bottom. And if they know your number they dont even pick your call especially Nikita and Vikas. I wish I could sack all of them.

I purchased flat 1401 & 1501 in Greens 2, 2012. I made full payment 5 months back june 2017. Till date Oct 2017 I have not got handover. They promised to handover in 45 days. But there is no progress even tiles work is not complete. I talked on site to Hussain. He has no idea when it will be delivered. Worst is their behaviour. They only have statement Talk to head office baki jo karna hai kar lo

Horrible builder. Keep away from Panchsheel. I have bought a flat in Green-II. It was promised that flat will be ready in Nov-2016. Its not yet ready, no possession. And on top of that, no one bothers to reply to emails & phones. Pathetic service from horrible builder.

I have booked in Pratistha Project in Sect 75 . Builder have imposed wrong penalty . It is a kind of struggle to make them understand . People are not capable at Panchsheel & dont understand or listen you . Customer care dept is only for name sake . Location of project is good . Lots of surprise costing came after sale consideration . Post sales service is pathetic . People under burden of Rent & EMI have no option but to bear risk and started living there . Mobile phone does not work . Govt Electricity connection has not happened so far .

I would strongly recommend to invest /or buy property from Pancsheel owing to 2 major reasons , you will get your flat, with price appreciation may be time of delivery get longer but flat will be delivered. I have got the keys !!! Thanks Panchsheel group
