Location of Aranya is very good. Flats are well ventilated. Good investment for future.

I booked this in 2013 and it is still under construction after 8+ years. The project is huge and the commercial area is now operational. 3 towers have also been partially completed and more than 50 families are currently staying here.

Good society but no maintenance, electricity bill is very high due to the person who is handling.

Flats are good and spacious but there are no society amenities like club, swimming pool, etc. Maintenance is worst. Construction and development is stopped right now, Although now RERA is handling this society, builder under case.If you are looking for peaceful location with good flat size, this would be the place.10 RS auto connectivity from Sector 52 metro.

Very slow project.around 6 years have been passed. Still waiting for people to live in this society. Very slow progress in terms of work and almost 3 towers are ready and work is continuing.

Unnati Aranya at Sect 119 when completed will be an ideal residential complex .. close to the Metro, along the already underway FNG corridor with its own Convenience Shopping Complex. With a large Public Garden and the NOIDA water scheme all located adjacent. A nice project to stay invested in or as a End User ...... Highly recommended for those who have the ability to see through the storm

This project is now in NCLT for a small amount of of 2.5 crore whereas builder has purchased 7 super luxury car.
