Good society for living. Nearest metro and it park. All tower not constructed but peaceful place. No problem for bachelors.

I recently visited Lotus zing and had an amazing experience.I found out about this awesome healthy bakery that you should try its called Bakeria. I even bought the doll cake for my niece.The 2 worst things were the pipes on the entry gates. They are useless as the sole purpose for which they were placed was in vain. Secondly the pool was locked out. I understand its because of covid but the people who have been vaccinated and kids should be allowed to swim under guidance.

Its a nice residential complex in sector 168 Noida. The flats there have all modern amenities and security.Its proximity to the Sector 168 metro station is a plus and the shopping centre which is located right outside the society is another major plus.This society is also well maintained in comparison to many other residential societies that I have visited.

Decent appartment, still under construction. Gym, table tennis, tennis, badminton and childrens play area present. Small mart in the basement. Swimming pool is there but not in use, because of corona.

Nice place to live, beside Noida Greater Noida Expressway. Metro station nearby and basic amenities are too available nearby.

Location is good.. good for employees bcs its just after Candor Techspace at noida sector 168. Security is also good & almost services available in the society. Grocery shop option is limited & it is in the basement so we can’t make online payment.

Location is really good. Close to the offices in Sector 135 (MetLife, Accenture, Sopra). The maintenance team is very bad. Have been calling for a plumber since two weeks but nothing from their side. There are frequent water problems too where therell be no water coming out the taps.

Good society, metro is quite close. Electricity is an usual issue in noida, sometimes power backup takes time to catch-up.Society lacks lots of amenities like, gym, pool etc, a lot of work is in progress.Not much shops, have to go to some society nearby to buy stuff.

Lotus zing society is not worth to shift if anyone is planning to buy a flat and even for tenants.Maintenance keep on increasing in this society with zero facilities. No gym, lifts does not work properly, power issues, security issues and alot.Maintenance head and society admin head does not talk with respect. They do not have the basic ettequate to talk to residents.Think twice before you plan to stay in lotus zing

This society is near the highway still peaceful. Some part of the society is still under construction. Good for family.

Everything is good there except you need to take loan to repay the maintainance.They will tell you the maintainance around 3300 but you will have to pay average 5000+ per month. Rest everything is ok ok.

Not a good experience, I recently shifted few months ago and got a huge electricity and maintenance bill, without even staying there. I don’t understand without any usage how come the bill of electricity can be RS. 800 for the first month and 2140 for the next month. The CAM charges are also high 2.5 rs per sq mtr without any club or gym in the society.Pathetic...

In a good location near to IT PARK , also flats are available at reasonable rates both for purchase as well as on rent with each and every facility.

I was looking for options near express way, lotus zing gave me that option, the only concern is local market but metro connectivity plus express way connectivity makes it a value for money property

Residential society on Noida - Greater Noida expressway in sector 168, this is a newly built society and offers many facilities to residents as is common in all the up market residential societies these days. A large number of people occupy it though some part of it is still not complete owing to funds problem with the builder.

The Lotus Zing apartments near Noida- Greater noida expressway is an awesome place to live with your family. Has an eyecatching view from the balcony. Splendid view can be seen at sunset and sunrise. Visited twice there. Would like to visit again to my friend who lives there. :)

The society does not have OC from noida authority. The electricity board has cut off electric supply due to non payment of dues and residents are suffering. the fire safety norms are not followed, in case of fire its risk to lives. lifts suddenly come to a stop all the time every day, while going to office a sudden delay happens due to this.basement is fully waterlogged due to leaking water tanks even in non rainy seasons. the security and maintenance staff are not paid their salaries for months.electricity board payment of 40 lacs is due by the society and electricity has been cut off.the society currently is powered o generators due to which lot of pollution is there in the society and voltage is also very low.its the worst managed society of Noida

The society is in the year 2019 under construction but the trendset Tower construction has been completed list of the society Towers very slow is tower having approximate 25 floors at the view from the front side towers of advent tower and the Metro station and Express way is really awesome.

A great place to live for families as well as bacholers. Has badminton and lawn tennis courts. You can see the new Noida (Sector 142 - Advant) metro station from your balcony as it is just on the opposite side of the highway.

Very mice location just middle of noida and greater noida. Unfortunately all residents do not gets their flat possession aftwr long years.

One of the worst of all residential societies in the area. Dont ever plan to shift to this society. Worst management and very high maintenance charges.From January 2021 onwards, we are getting charged @Rs.2.25 psf + GST for maintenance. It was Rs.2.5 psf + GST earlier. What we get in return is extremely pathetic facilities and management.
