Excellent, peaceful society complex. Extremely clean except for few spots here and there due to some bratty Indian citizens who still believe in keeping their own house only clean. Security is good too and the apartments enjoys natural security by being enclosed from 3 sides by other societies.

Housing complex

Lived here for nearly a year. Facilities are good but faced a lot of difficulty from other residents wrt parking. Would frequently find permanent residents unapologetically parked in my reserved parking spot. Slight bullies if you ask me. The practise of leaving ID proof at gate for additional car or visitor car entry made one feel quite unwelcome and was happy to move out. Facilities are good though.

Easy location, friendly environment, ample parking space, well ventilated rooms. Sports/activity area also provided.

Good society near expressway. Few downsides although:- 1. Salty hard water in supply. 2. No basement parking and therefore you can keep only one car per flat on marked slot. Second car, if you have and visitors cars are strictly directed to be parked outside society gate by security staff. 3. To get into society visiter has to deposit some valid id proof and get himself endorsed in register after confirmation from the resident of flat you visiting. 4. Nearest place for daily needs is market in nearby village Dekha where items are overpriced. 5. There is one grocery n vegetable shop in the society although.
