The quality of the building isnt good. Not worth buying the houses there.!

Nice and average class appartments

Is my place where I lived 3 years and this area in noida 46, My building no B5 1602

Tall tower, huge construction, well built. Just that it needs little more denting and painting and a bit of finishing or rather maintenance. Rest the commute is easy, huge market just outside the gate.

Its a relatively large sized housing society with a number of high rise towers in it. Located in sector 46 Noida, it is surrounded by houses. It also has a small market right next door, along with a mother dairy booth close by. The project is as of yet incomplete with a large number of apartments yet to be completed and handed over. One of the towers has only 1 lift. Also, the complex is full of bachelors. There is some greenery inside, but nothing much in terms of park thus people usually take a walk on the internal roads.

Pathetic maintenance, very poor construction quality, absolutely incompetent FMS staff..

The flat which I saw was good and spacious but the building was not painted well. So that ruined the overall experience.

Nice housing society

Overall good, location is reachable by metro,all malls are nearby.

Main location of noida..Where you can go anywhere from this location..But costly for rental.
