Its a 12 years old property however most of the amenities are full filed by the society & Rwa authority :) it is situated in main road sector-61 noida

Its a good place to live with easy access.

Just one best things location is soo good sector 18 best location, view etc. All other amenities are average.

Its an apparent and some 4 bhk apartments are running as PG with all facilities.. Security is very good even night one gourd whistle and take round... And its very near to DND flyover and near to sector 61 police station.. Overall very nice place to dwell..

Great location, it takes just 7-10 minutes to reach all the malls near Sector 18 via the elevated road.

Theres many pros with the society...Society is okay ..nice and compact .security is great.. theres only entrance to the society and it is 24x7 guarded by more than one security personnel, sometimes upto 4.. location is perfect, right on front of entrance of Noida elevated road, shopprix mall is 4-5 minutes walking, societies like Prateek Fedora, Presidium, royal garden estate are at walking distance, sector 61 metro station is 6-7 minutes walking only... locality is good..Only cons is it doesnt have gym/ swimming pool/ club house/ badminton court/ basketball courts etc..if its on top of your priorities then this society is not for you , otherwise it is...

Located near the main road , the towers give you a good view

Situated at sector 61. Opposite to uflex factory, adjacent to Prateek Fedora, Presidium, shopprix mall. Situated at the end of the flyover which comes from sector 18 Noida.

Excellent locality; near sector-62 (lots of IT offices in sector 62, 63, 64); great connectivity to Sector 18 (commercial place of Noida); near (50 meters) SBI branch, Indian Bank branch; near Shopprix Mall which has lots of places to eat, 4 banks, 2 supermarkets, 4 saloons, 2 gyms, etc.); Less number of flats and thus, a close knit society; all flats have independent walls, ie not sharing with other flats.

Guards are smart and wont let u pass easily... thats what is required... society is centrally located... close to shopprix mall n kanchanjhanga shopping complex but still away from the hustle bustle of Noida... peaceful people living peacefully.... after flyover traffic congestion is reduced and once routing is completed the traffic will become more orderly in service lane

Apartment is good it is situated in front of main road that is full of traffic everytime.

A society with all required facilities ...Alive is awesome.

Near to mall....one drawback is that it is suitated just opposite to uflex factory whose business comes from plastic and so does pollution.

Seen as passerby only, another posh society of the stinking rich!

Meeting with friends like a punishment there... Guards are not cooperative

The society had there own rules just to disturb people.
