Its very good society

Construction quality is not commensurate with the high cost of flats and high maintenance charges. Complaints of seepage on the walls, leaking pipes is rampant even though it is only two years old since possession was given to owners. The society is large and spacious and fairly well-maintained even though the initial plan was tweeked to include ORB and North Eye.

Best place to live in and good people at this place.. all needed facilities is available there. awesome 👍

One of the best maintained socities I have seen in Delhi NCR. It has spacious gardens and parking and a lot of sports activities. Best society for its price.

Society is good for security, environment, privacy but outside from city...make trouble for daily grocery buyers, outside 4-wheeler vehicle not permitted in the society.

Very nice society.Newly buillt and all the nice amenities are there. Might eb little on the expensive side though . But looks really rich and amazing. The market is also very micr. You can find almost anything in therr . All the basic amenities you can find along with some restaurants as well . with a good and sufficient choice

It’s a perfect Dreem home society.

Its a great society but its so in the outskirts of noida

One of the 3 bed room apartments 19 floors building located in centre of Supertech Capetown Sector 74 Noida.

Its a mega housing project spread in 50 kms. Local transportation is scarce. Electricity is very expensive because load shedding is common and power back is diesel operated. Daily use provisions are not available locally. Though an in-house store functions. No entertainment facilities. Noida Metro is however scheduled to be opened soon. Place is in U.P.
