Offer of possession was on 31.10.2016 - nowhere close and have already paid 90%. Builder’s intentions are not clear with multiple which have not been honoured.

This is the worst project. We were promised for posession on 31.12.17 but builder is not bothered to give posession till date. Builder is a cheat, making excuses again and again. Beware of crooks.
