What should I say yeah if you have your own vehicle then its fine otherwise it’s not a good choice to live

Good facility for residents.

Towers are completed. Possession also been done by JP. Some families too have shifted there. But major problem is maintenance. Since all the occupant have not shifted, RWA has not been formed and it is lacking in the maintenance of basic amenities.

Was here to meet one of my friend. Build quality of flats are very poor. Building looks unwell. Parking is too congested. Security guards are not much helpful. Public conveyance is not available for this tower. This building is closer to Adobe company office only. I wish JayPee had made this bit better. Balcony are just useless

A well organised , fully systematic , with-full of greenery , very hygenic , clean , wideous roads , spacious parkings , 24 hr electricity , also DGs avialable during power-cutts , full tight security with 2 check post , all types of play courts including swimming pool , including sports club available , 24 hr 2 - 3 lifts available and a lot etc.

Specious house from inside. 3+1bhk with 2 bigger bedrooms. But 3rd one is smaller and also kitchen space is less. The one is servant room with enough space for 1 person only and attached bathroom to it. And has outside n separate entrance for this. Parking is ok here. But balcony space is nit good at all, too small and conjusted. It would be better if they didnt provide any balcony or single balcony with enough space.
