Its a newly built township so it need sometime to get things fixed like there is issue of dust particles all over the place outside the main gate as road is under construction so the many projects are still under construction. I believe with time it will become more beautiful.

Liars and cheatersHad an extremely bad experience with Gaursons group. I pre-booked a flat with all the costing details agreed in writing in emails and on paper. I even paid a token booking amount. But after a few days, they reneged on the agreement and asked for a higher price. On top of that I found that the flat unit that they assigned me was on the top floor, when I very specifically mentioned that I am not interested in top floor units. They cheat on the agreed price and also on the unit allocation. The customer service is also very poor, they do not respond to any emails and I have had to follow up repeatedly on calls for my refund when I decided to cancel, a refund which I still did not receive, despite weeks of follow ups.Deal with Gaursons at your own risk.

Gaur Society is one of the best society to make your stay beautiful and relaxing . Society is gated and is guarded by trained guards . All the basic amenties are there including shopping complexes like City Plaza and others . Gaur Mall is apprx. 2 to 3 kms and one can easily walk to the Mall . A temple , stadium and each building in the Gaur city has its swimming pool gymnasium ,lifts and other facilities . Happy Homes. Peace out !!

Nice to move

One stop centre for all the daily requirements be it groceries, electrical items, restaurants, medical shops. It even has shops of raw veggies and chicken-mutton. The best part is most of the shops accept cards and the complex also has ATM machine installed.Though the items are a bit costly from the local market yet the plaza is a very lively place.

The restaurants are both take-away and dine-in.The lower ground floor has too many options for street food and quick bites, and the first floor has too many clinics (for all age groups), lol.

I own an apartment in Gaur City. Its a nice place to live as it constitutes of 3 shopping malls, school, 3 big gardens and stadium with floodlights inside the campus.

Nice society, fully occupied, parking is a problem , one can park just opposite the mail entry gate. Elevator s are extremely small and slow. Highrise flats multiple floors. Is has nice market just outside the building, to buy household goods. It becomes really congested during the peak hours. It is surrounded by multiple buildings rather concrete jungle. Flat rent is also affordable and place is good for small family to stay. Well guarded and good transport connectivity. Cabs come and pick you from ur tower. The society also has a community center and a small place to arrange a small party in the basement. For the residents it has ample parking space.

Facilities that appears to be amazing at first visit are found to be just eye wash, when you finally live there.Living cost is very high, normal items are available in local at double the price.Dada Dadi Park is always occupied by dogs.Temple is actually a museum, where you can just go & see the beautiful idols of gid but are not allowed to worship as in normal temples.This place is only good for working couples who just need a space to sleep/rest after long working hours and are ready to shed hefty amounts for the services/facilities.

Crowded area with no green belt. Mostly construction and not legal. Authority destroyed multiple time but people starts reconstruction.

Its one of the larger shopping complex in close vicinity but not a mall. Flocked by people in shining societies as well and caters to almost all everyday needs.On downside it has escalator only for going up, spaces are very congested with small shops and there is no defined parking except for road where you are likely to be stick with some other vehicle blocking your way.

1st Avenue has taller buildings, artificial grass and well managed housing society. It gives a pleasing experience after entering the society. This society is being managed by Gaur.

Very big society in greater noida.

Gaur City is located in Noida , UP. I visited there for my relatives puja and really liked the way the flats are built in the apartment. It was 3BHK with a separate area for servants etc. Its spacious and the overall view from the top is really nice. It also has provision of shops dealing in Medicine, grocery , saloon service etc all at one place.Overall a good apartment to live in.
