This place is still under construction and commenting much on this is not useful.Currently as per the outlook and market reviews and its advertisements, this is an upcoming high rise luxury building with commercial and residential use.As luxury is attached, the prices presently are very high.The main drawback i find is the circular building due to which flats are not sqaure or rectangular.Lets wait and watch for the final building

Sector 74 this ORB three buildings by Super tech Builder.Site under construction more then 20 floors completed it will be prime location along with North Eye in Delhi NCR coming next 2 years.
