Good society with little lack of amenities, overall lush green and better place to live

Nice looking. English style architecture. The front is beautiful. However, the interior and the back is not so good. Patches of seepage are there. Terraces are very very shabby.

Amrapali Sapphire is a large residential complex in Sector 45, Noida. It serves as a landmark for the neighborhood. Large notices at the campus gate inform about some litigation and a supreme court intervention. Many apartments are occupied, though construction appears to have been suspended on several of them. A shopping area attached to the complex has many fast-food joints and shops for medicines, grocery, meat, etc. The Sadarpur village is in immediately vicinity of Amrapali Sapphire.

Great area for residence. Not maintained very properly though.

Good connection, but construction is very poor quality. The wire connection, door, handle poor quality.

Good high rise society located nearby main city.. botanical garden metro station nearby..and noida city centre metro station is also not far away from it..

My frnd lives here. Water was not available for nearly a week. We had to take bath on appropriate timings i.e. 8 am only.

Decent Place with affordable prices. Close to metro station, and good places to hang nearby.

There are some unique facilities such as Club House,Swimming Pool,Intercom Facility present in Amrapali Sapphire compared to other projects present in Sector 45 .

Great place for night time food. Some issues during lockdown but one can find this market open round the clock in normal days with great food option, medical stores, grocery shops etc.

Amrapalli sapphire is the closest apartment to the Amity university college. If you are a student and would like to live around similar age group then it is one of the best option for you.

I like the place.Its a big society.There is provision for visitors parking too which impressed me.Well maintained society.but the staff at the gate are slightly rude.

Its an apartment building..thousands of flats in the complex...but requires maintenance..dug up grounds...pretty isolated location also..

LOVELY SOCIETY.All the amenities within 5 minutes from your doorstep.Nice and maintained GYM, Tabke tennis, squash, basketball, lawn tennis court.pool tabke is also there but you need to buy your own stick. Swimming pool will be ready in another month(renovation ongoing).Late night atmosphere(around 2.00 AM) cheerful and safe even for girls. Security and safety is also really good overall.

Never come to amrapali society is too bad and people maintenance guards and even people i was in lots of societies in noida but this was one of my bad experience i have a pet and they don’t even like pets and no one us friendly there and even in society there are around 70 street dogs that annoy all day or if u go to basement there’s another gang of street dogs that shuld be not allowed in society so if I’m gonna tell never come to this society otherwise you waste your money thanks

Great place to live with good security. Gated society with 24 hours security guards at the gates. Flats are great with beautiful surroundings and with basic facilities. If you want to live here with your friends then you can think. But dont go if you want to live with your kids or senior citizens as students residing there are always ready with there nuisance activities.

Amazing location in the heart of Chandigarh and placed at a walkable distance from the most happening place of Chandigarh, the Elante Mall. The staff were courteous and well groomed taking care of guest needs. Pricing is optimum and you may get lucky too. Well detailed and sized rooms with clean toilets. For the price, I would give a 4.5 for the Rooms. Proper COVID protocol followed. Restaurant rating in terms of size, decor, comfort and fare/ spread would be a 3.

The best housing society in Noida and NCR

Whatever is in news is Not that good about this place. A very good society to reside in. The budget, locality, stuff whatever we want is in one place.

Good landscape of society but incomplete delivery by Amrapali group.

The building and the society is not very beautiful. Their are many bachelors living and the buildings seem like they would fall off anytime now. Maintenance is very low and the security is just for the sake of it.

Park and play ground available and nice society

With a lot construction activity still going on, the existing facilities are not up to the mark. Construction quality is poor and the maintenance operations are lax. Its location is relatively remote but in the years to come this factor may work in its favour.

I have been living nearby now from 6 month, I often visit this society to meet my friend, the best thing about this is the ambiance is good, they provide good amienity, but their balcony could have been biggerthere is a market just below the society where we can get almost anything we need which is a really good point to stay here

Phase I seems fine. The location is really good since it is near to the metro station(botanical garden), and is also near to Amity University Noida.

Its a very good location to rent a apartment. its close to sector 18 and hardly 3km from delhi border. Specious flats.

The name Amarpali sends shivers down many spines. Thankfully, this is one of their better projects.The construction quality to me seemed fine. But not everyone was happy with it.While am comparing its construction quality to its other projects and competitors and finding it better, others may be comparing it with better societies and finding it bad.The location is pretty good. The openness or pretty good.

It is nice place though undeground parking is a fuss no proper cleaning over there and smell of sever prevails. My car got chewed up by rats that cost me 15000 in repairs

One can easily reach here by deboarding metro at Botanical garden metro station and from there just hire a auto rickshaw, you will reach easily

Its a good society, with good market in the complex. Good for bachelors if they can manage to get a flat there, near to amity university, metro is approx 15 minutes and yamuna expressway is 10 minutes walk. Wouldnt consider walking outside safe at night.

The best residential complex in Noida. Though there are other societies too which are better but they are far away on the Expressway. On the other hand, Amrapali Sapphire is just 5 kms from Sector 18.

Dusty. Construction never ends here. Quality of materials used is substandard.

Phase 1 and Phase 2 are two independent societies and this review is for Phase 2 of the society. Construction is not complete and halted so no club house or pool. Still flat rates and rent rates are high. Lot of students stay here so RWA keeps coming up with non-practical rules every now and then to put penalties and extort money from them. The only plus point is that Delhi- Greater Noida express way is very well connected to this location.
