There is a shopping complex inside with grocery shops, general stores and pharmacies. ATM is also available inside the society. Last but not the least a Subway inside the society

Wanted to rent a flat here. Flat no 216 in block 29 newly constructed has owner Mr Ajay Gupta. A cheat and fraud and money minded man. Stay away from him. We gave him advance about 1 month prior to booking under his compulsion and then unfortunately our present society was sealed due to covid and I also got covid so was unable to move on. We requested him in just 3dys to help us. He told us pay me 10000 extra as u r not moving and behaved so badly in this tough family situation. Stay away from this house and this man. One of the worst human being - people like this are money minded and can fall to any level of low for money. Shame on this kinda people.

Nice society for the families, equipped with latest technologies and good Managment. Cleanliness, security everything is good here. Prices of the society is reasonable and worth it. Market place is also provided inside the society.

Lotus Boulevard society is very big housing society just like a township.Almost 45 towers are here, equipped with two levels basement parking makes it clutter free. Beautiful landscape attracts native and visitors. other facilities like security, maintenance etc. Are good.

Its an amazing society located at sec 100 noida. Linked to link road which is very well connected to botanical garden metro or u can also take noida expressway to go delhi.

The society is extremely well built and you feel really good when you are in that society. Its club has a huge swimming pool, snooker, squash, table tennis, gym, yoga, badminton.The food court till now has 3 food joints : moti mahal, juice corner and subway. Many more would be opening soon.I have got my house possesion and would soon shift.If you happen to stay there, we will meet someday :)

I had booked during the inaugural offer so at that price was 3300 per sqft.The carpet area is around 70% of the super area. So around 1050 carpet area out of the total 1535 sqft of super area for my flat. The apartment is very dense with 30 towers and many towers having 28 to 24 floors. So it is very costly when FAR is taken into account. Nowadays it is 6000+ per sqft. I dont know who wants to buy such a costly house.The flat was delivered after 44 months whereas the builder had promised to deliver in 27 months + 3 months grace period.The doors are good but rest of the items are not of good standard. A lot of small things will be missing and if you dont notice it before possession then you have to install it yourself.After getting possession the response to any complaints is stonewalled by giving the logic that we should have checked before getting possession.The bathroom slopes are not correct and waters accumulates below wash basin and everyday we have to use wiper to remove the water.Most of the plastic water pipes start leaking in a few months and you have to buy news ones to replace them.There is a problem with aluminium windows and waters enters through gaps between sliding windows.The screws used in the electrical points are custom made we cant easily find it in the market. Plus some the screws are so short that you cant fix another item with 1/2 cm thickness.Club house which was marketed in a big way will become inadequate when 3000+ families will start living in the society.A part of the club house is sold off to a school without even consulting residents. When the residents protested the builder game threats if we dont back down then the whole club will be made open to outsiders. The only thing which residents could convince him was they school kids and their families cant use club facilities. Which should never have been given in the first place.3C Facilities Management is under 3C control and they dont take any steps which requires any expense on builder behalf.There are long power cuts for continuous 2-3 days and 3CFM says that it is because of some fault in the line. During those days we have to pay Rs 15/unit for the electricity backup.The builder had promised a shuttle service to Atta market. After a lot pressure he has started a bus which only plies 2 times a day and that too one way from LB to Atta market in the morning.There are a lot of others things which I can keep complaining and I will do that some other time.I am just waiting for few more years when I can buy a flat in another place to shift to it.This is not a place for living life long.Resident of Lotus Boulevard,Sector 100, Noida
