Guys!! please dont go on fake and self made reviews...ye apne bando se fake reviews dalvate hai....They are all not less than imposters.....you will never get back your security deposit and all the promises they make are fake.....and once you complain there will be nobody to listen you...infact they dont even reply....also please go through the agreement very carefully as they tend to backdown from their words.

Never book anything from these goons. First they charge heafty amount in name of security and then in mid month they increase your rent and give threats.

!! MUST READ BEFORE TAKING THEIR SERVICES !!I took a flat from homizone in September 2018, in Noida sector 50. Lived there for about 7 monthsAfter vacating the flat I am being ignored by the company, they have my ₹44000 security deposit that should have been refunded to me within 7 days (I vacated the flat on 5 april 2019 & got refund on 17 april 2019)They were not picking up calls and leaving my messages seen.I was in contact with the owner PRATEEK.No reply from official mail of Homizone, no response to the phone number that is listed here on Google map.He was helpful while i was living and paying them, as soon as I asked to leave the house they became ignorant and rude.After soo many calls we got the refund from which the deducted ₹5200 (RO servicing charge & 1000 as Move out charge!)Never gonna take their services.ALWAYS CLEAR EVERYTHING BEFORE PAYING IN WRITTEN & get the appliances serviced when entering a furnished flat, if an appliance will get any problem after so call 7 days then you will have to pay for it.They gave us ACs that were outdated and consumed soo much electricity, and charged us ₹1000 per AC per month, even in winters. (Normally ACs are provided for 6-6500 per season i.e. Till November or so, no-one has to pay in winters.The receipt that you gave me was fake and made up by you guys,You gave me those details for deductions, do you think thats enough to justify your theft?You think the costs were genuine?Mattress cover costs 1200?The water purifier was 8 years old and I got the motor changed which clsts me around ₹1500, the cost that you deducted is enough to buy all new components, but you called it servicing cost !!And you took ₹2000 as welcome charge in which no welcome was there, the house was dirty, I got the Washrooms cleaned.And after leaving you again needed ₹1000 as leaving charge.You gave me the worst experience of my life, stole soo much money from us in the name of policies and just because you had our security money you thought it is yours !!!! Beware of agreement frauds guys these creeps will tell you sweet stories and give you only head aches !!

Homizone is a bad company and had a very bad experience with them. Struggling to get my money back. Beware all owners thinking of using their service.When I took the services of homizone, I thought it was kind of a start-up and will be very professional with its services. I was given assurance that I will never have to worry about the services. Some of the services included :1) Rs 500 per month worth of services like repair works will be borne by Homizone.2) Inspect property every month and furnish report to owner.3) Inform owner of maintenance and repair needs.Many More ..But NOT EVEN a SINGLE service was provided to me:1) Tenants multiple request for repair works went in vain.2) We did not even receive a single inspection report in the last 1 year forget about the monthly report.3) When they rented the apartment to the tenant, it took  15 days from the date of booking by the tenant and tenants actual movement. So they didnt pay me any rent for those 15 days as well. So I made a loss there too.4) Even mails to the owner of Homizone are going unanswered.So I didnt renew my contract with them and gave a 1 month notice to them to end it. But struggling to get my 1 month security deposit from them. I have been following up with them for the last 3 months and still to get my money back.So my serious suggestion to all the owners:1) Dont get fooled by their promises and the services they offer. Its just on papers and words.2) Read each and every word in their contract. When ending the contract they will go with each word that is completely in favor of Homizone.3) Never give them any security money. They will hold you ransom for this money.4) Other review given in Google seems to be fake and may be paid.

I dont know why people dont like their professionalism, they have awesome facilities and easy to find flat access , as we dont have to look for brokers or owners, homizone made it very easy . The problem about security is ,if you leave the flat in the exact condition how u entered it on the very first day then y will the security be cut, but its obvious if you stay their for months it wont be in the same condition. And when we take flats directly from owners and when we are leaving the flats, even they cut more than half of the security. So its totally right if our security is being cut. Dont expect the whole of the security back if you are staying for months, you are using everything in that flat.

Sorry one star was the least i have to select otherwise they dont even deserve a star.Finally i got my advance from them ( deducted most of the amount with fake bills) after 1.5 months of delay. They made the promises which never got fulfilled and I will not recommend anyone to take any service from Homizone. Because i have recommended one of my colleague about them and he faced the same problem.

I am currently going through a nightmare to get the refund of my deposit. They (Homizone) have made a deduction of ~50% of my deposit with bogus claims. This is how they generate their revenue. I will take out time elaborate more on this so that no one else goes through same agony.

Homizones is not even worth for 1 star.They are a big fraud they didnt refunded my security money inspite of paying all the rent on time. Now they are not replying even.

They are great at committing and absolutely a failure at delivery . I request all reading this just stay away from these people they are just nuisance and fake bunch of people.

The experience was really nice, i got assistance from Mr. Akshat for Noida location and he tried his best to find the flat of my preference and of my choice. The best thing is that there is no brokerage and everything is transparent through online mode.

It is a fraud company, not even a single service was provided which was mentioned in the contract and now not even returning security deposit after the cancellation of the contract.

Best platform for owners like me who have their homes in Noida, while residing far away. I get all the details of my flat through their inspection report which they do each month. Even if I live in the same city, I cannot monitor all the details of my flat like they provide me on my dashboard.
