Extra small society only 2.5 acres with close to 500 flats no space for greenery or park, no space for walking track, no space for children play area

Leaving here from last 1.5 year approx. Maintenance is good(expensive though). Every regular shopping needs are accessible in 5 min walk.

Good society but the security and the condition of lift maintenance is a concern . They will call you through intercom when a visitor comes for another house and they will not call you when somebody really comes to visit you. Its pathetic and they are even very rude , iggnorant and careless people. So please if security is a matter for you then do not trust these lazy lads . I have been stucked 3 times in the lift for almost 8-10 mintues every time . So think wisely before investing .

Located in greater noida west gaur City 2. Its corner property. Apartment is filling very fastly. Rooms are quite good. Locality is good. Clealiness in awesome.Greenary is inside park is very Good. Swimming pool is also available. Society Gym is available in society Club House. Power backup is always available when required. Maintenance charge is high. Overall its a good society. Transportation is always available. 24x7 water supply.

Excellent flats. But due to costly and my pocket can never allow me to purchase home. Its my dream, and I will only dream how I am living in it and enjoying rest of my life. I should not wake up from my dreams.

The society is quite easy to locate.Parking facility is available here for visitors as well as residents.The society is quite big and safe.Security system is excellent in the society.Gym facility is available.Swimming pool is also available.Approximately 550 apartments are built inside the society.Each floor consists of 5-6 apartments.Four blocks are present in the society.
