Ah ha!! What a place!! Full of luxuries. Badminton court, Lawn Tennis Court, Basket Ball court, Swimming Pool, Snooker Pool, Gym, Chemist and much more is there inside the complex. The park and lawn is so huge. Have ample amount of Parking space with guards. Cleanliness is just 5 star. Electricity is prepaid. There are villas and 23 floor buildings. Each building has dedicated 4 lifts. Child / Kids are safe to leave unattended. Guards are being given training and briefing every morning. Training includes fire safety also.

Very beautiful property in the sector. Made quite easy on green standards, the project is a must watch.This project is totally sold, however, occupancy is quite limited yet because of limited resources around.Attraction is open wide infrastructure, quite airy 2 apartments per floor concept. However, if you have shifted or planning to shift, finding a maid for daily need would be a tough task and so many others as well.

Always the best groomed like ATS properties . The layout of the apartment which my friend stays in ,4bhk , is the best layout which I found amongst 4 properties of ATS which I have visited.Gave 4 star for just the inconvenience of approach and the entry of the society. I always feel that the lobby should have glass doors (both for winter and summer ) as the wind gets a tunneling effect and very difficult to wait there. The guards also need to be in better environment.

A cosy place to stay. Density of apartments are very low means spacious.Interior is good but cant say about the construction materials used.

Nice complex, it is new construction so at the moment looks great, hope it is maintainedHowever, I was surprised to see residents walking pets in tennis courts 🙄

ATS Brand Is good But We have huge expectation from ATS Mr. Gitambar Anand. You need to change few little things Just Like, Provide Electronic Vehicle for guest, 2nd False Sealing in every room or at least in living room,3- Wardrobe for bedrooms, 4- electronic intercom for our main door 5t- home automation for complete flat. I was almost ready to buy with funds but these problems stopped me to do so. Other builders are giving more benefits along with less payment. Please do the needful

Not in th heart of the city is plus and minus.You are away from all kinds of pollution and honking. Though the apartment is well maintained.

I love this place its situated in Sector-150 nice Jim tennis courts, volleyball courts, Covered Badminton courts, one cricket practicing court, swimming pool,one Skating court, open stadium and long walking pedestrian huge parking space in the basement. 13 twenty two stories building 12 Dubbed storie independent houses. Second units of society is in the progress then Two side entry and exit will be started for the ease of residents. One side of the society is open due to Jamuna water logging areas. Jamuna express way is about one km and Pari Chowk is about two and half km.

This is one of the best project by ATS. This project is situated in sector 150 noida and is the first overall project in terms of location. This has a great view and amenities. It has all three bhk flats with very low density. Total project is of 23 acres having 1160 flats only. USP of this project is Olympic size pool, situated in phase 1 but accessible for all. Floot plan and quality of the project is also great.

I give the above rating only for the infrastruture. I think there is lots to do on maintenance as they charge exorbitant maintenance. The security staff needs training on quick responses and basic telephone communication. Also on being assertive and not rude. The worst part of staying here is not having connectivity of internet and mobile network. ATS needs to work on this on priority. As they have their own security setup, they should be having more cell towers and importantly should change the current internet broadband supplier whose services are the worst i.e... FUSION NET and they should be out of the ATS pristine at the earlilest.
