This place looks exquisite under the dazzle of night stars.One such housing campus with 4400 flats but too wider spaces has been left to make the society look spacious.There are few gaps in maintainence department but that can be ignored because of too many good things that this complex has otherwise.It has markets nearby, small eating joints. During winters, looking at these flats gives you a very cosy feeling about the whole place.Their exists an indisputable VIBE which you shall feel once you ARRIVE HERE!

Spread over 75 Acres with an 100 acre green park, spreading over complete sector 74, it also one of the biggest apartment complex in Noida. The complex houses a Mart, 3 Club houses equipped with all amenities and swimming each.

Beautiful heavenly place for residents. Amazing infratructure for a peaceful city.Everything regarding daily needs are present within the city including Temple, Malls, playing arena, amusement parks, green scenary. Every flat is spacious and windy.

Noisy. Facility and management doesnt give a Rats behind about problems you face.Water leakage/seepage in almost all flats and parking areas.Full with all kind of stray dogs. You cant let your kid play alone in the playground.We live on ground floor, Mangoose, Rats(not mice), Chameleon are frequent visitors and morning shower of dirty water from floors above us is a daily routine. To top that, you get the smell of sewer right there in all your bathrooms and kitchen, 24/7.

Its an amazing soceity...

The building construction quality is very pathetic. The finishes are of very low quality. None of the internal walls are parallel or perpendicular to each other. The exterior wall paint and plaster peels of every time there is a heavy rain in the area. Even the walls adjoining the bathroom have water leaks. Doors, windows and wooden frames are swelling in parts and bedroom and bathroom doors can’t be locked.

One of the largest society(around 35-40 towers) of Noida but since its so large the management of society is sometimes taken for granted.A good space to live with affordable 2,3,4 bhk flats, garden space, parking area(guest vehicle needs to be parked outside) and highly secured area(but sometimes your vehicle could get stolen, for more info meet Pandit-ji at temple), veggy and grocery store just 400 mtr next to the main gate.That said, since its too big hence one cant manage without personal vehicle(bike or car), although there are e-rickshaw running within the society free of cost but there wait sometimes get painful.Rest all good!

Huge residential society , some 50 KMs away from Dwarka sub city. As of now it is very well maintained residential complex with all modern amenities.

Supertech Capetown projectSupertech is a lying and highly fraud oriented company. Crown tower booking was done on terms of possession handover in 18 months, assured rental and all PreEMIs to be paid by them. They are not holding to their terms and still doing fraud to people while new bookings. They pay for.few months then they say they do not have funds, destroy your credit score and will say they will try to adjust during possession handover.Do not buy from Supertech.

Supertech Maintaince is the worst. The drainage leaks in the basement created a swimming pool. There is a stupid car parking sticker , which no body has any idea why was in place. If your guests car wants to come inside the huge gated community, then the security will not allow you , and on top of it the security and the bouncers will bash you and your wife.

Good place to live in, lot of parks inside, one of the very few societies with such open areas and well maintained green patches. You will love the place once you move into the society. Construction quality should have been a little better. Overall a good project in the price range at which it is available

Very lively place,. Mostly visitors come too often to buy a flat in this location. I also visited. There are clubs equipped with gym and indoor gamea for table tennis and snooker. Side swimming Pool also available both for kids and for seniors. A separate shop for buying process my items are also available. Once can easily approach within the complex.

It a nice place to live for families , big township with all amenities

Nice society but little bit far from metro station if you are a pedestrian. Basement parking is available here. Rooms are nice. Mostly, crowded with bachelors. Gym, swimming pool and other facilities are available which mostly all builders are giving in their project. Security is also very strict and good but sometimes becomes very rude.

This is a good society but due to large no of towers and families it looks crowded. One of my friend living in the society and I have seen they provides good amenities and this is what everyone want. So overall good but crowded. Sometimes you will have issues in booking cab from this society because walking distance to the gate is very long for some residents.

Third class material used by the builder.Architecture and interior of the flats is also poor.It may seem all nice from the outside but unless you actually spend 15 minutes inside a flat you will find the shortcomings easily.Uncovered pipes in the balcony are just an ugly sight.If you plan to buy a flat here, be ready for a big big spend on basic interior.

Society is nice but their staff is very rude. They do not co-operate, plus after charging so much maintenance the service provided is not up to the mark. However, the sports facilities are good, parks are well maintained. So think before you plan to move here.

Fine residential locality in sector 74 Noida with ample space for everyone.Tennis courts,badminton courts,clubs,swimming pools,restaurants etc.,thy have provided almost everything with a top level security but construction quality is very poor.

The finishing to the flats will leave you wondering whether you paid them or the other way round. Theres electricity problems, problems with water supplies, leakages, backup generators, parking and what not you just name it. The maintenance is no better than a SBI branch... they say itll be done, and yet they just say. The only reason it deserves an extra star is the good old peaceful neighbourhood. Most of the neighbourhoods co-operative and friendly. But even that you can get in the neighbouring societies. Prateek Wisteria, Elite homes etc. are no doubt a better run for your money.

The worst so far in noida. not just that their staff is rude but they also dont listen to our grievances. its weekend and there is no water supply in the society. residents have been given a list of staff contact numbers which always go unanswered or engaged. drinking water is still manageable as we can purchase it but what about other purposes. this morning too we opened our eyes with kitchen sink full of dirty stinky utensils and no water in the washrooms.. pathetic, especially their staff.

I usually visit here as my friends live here.. i have not seen another place i.e. so economical and lavish at the same time. 😊😁 Love their swimming pool and the pool table. 😊

Its an okayish place. I really have mixed feelings about it. The apartment was big in cheap rate but it was a huge complex so it took a lot of time to get to your building. Once in I never felt like going out because it was too long. Guards were also not well trained. The maintenance gave us a field day while moving out because nobody informed us about the clearance formalities. Which they had also clearly forgotten existed when my ex-roommate shifted out. But I do have some good memories of that place so, I would say its okayish.

They have cart facility for the Capetown but you have to wait for almost 15 mins. I am 14 year old but guard is not allowing me to go gym with parents i checked on Google for it says yes 14 year olds can go to gym.

I dont live here I go to visit my friends. I think it is a nice society with good security. I have to sign up before I can enter. They gave Rfid tags to Residents vehicle to make sure outside vehicle does not go unnoticed. Society has got a club and a restaurant inside it. I dont know about the club but the restaurant inside is great. Food quality is nice they maintain hygiene, you feel good with a nice view and pool beside.The society organizes festivals from time to time I became part of garba in Navaratri. Music lights and people dressed in colorful dresses dancing all along with the beats made my night joyful. If you are willing to rent here thats a heads up. Go for it. I cant advise on buying cause I dont know all the perspectives about it. Hasta la vista amigo. Peace out.

Charge extra on almost everything.Not a good and wise choice to buy or rent a property here.Build quality is very poor inside flats. No properly formed AOA or any other responsible group. Supertech Cape Town is developed by Supertech group and situated in sector 74 of Noida. Its a planned township and they have developed multiple clubs and swimming pool in their premises. The occupancy level in the tower is high. I think more than 80% houses are occupied. They lack in sports infrasture, although have some badminton courts and one tennis court with cemented surface. They should develop more sports infrasture keeping in mind the number of apartments in their township.

This is the only dealer who is ready to give flats with any discounts. Though project was suppoed to be delivered by dec18 but it is already delayed by 18 month.. i heard about bad quality plasters.. hoping new wing crown plaza will do better..

Supertown Cape Town apartment is in sector 74. It is the biggest apartment in sector 74 . It has a big family . It has total 4 Club house. There are main entrance which are very big . The rate of of the flat on rent is genuine.There are supertech Park which has all facilities for children.Great place to live , nice environment .

Locality is very good, near metro station, internal structure of flat is not good.Walls are not straight. Finishing work is not clean. Etc.

This is just concerete jungle... Hell lot of towers but no quality. Supertech should run a beauti parlour as I see they are too good in it... They beautify the flat and the sample house so nicely that you fall in trap. And reat it is known to the world that they are master in delaying the projects.

Timely delivered project, tooo big to walk and see everything, comparatively good for family wanna stay or investment as people prefer for rent also keeps this as second option, shops inside, proper parking , mandir, security, club inside. Govt. Bus starts from main gate

Supertech capetown is Secure colony. You can find CCTV cameras almost everywhere.Basement parking.Guards at the main gate,at building reception,patrolling. The only thing which i consider as the major flaw of this colony is the build quality of the buildings.if you are someone looking to take up a rented apartment its fine but iwont recommend purchasing/living here long coz of the quality.

Nice place for living with proper facilities and secure environment. Clubs, gardens, parks, courts it has got all. A little far from Noida city center but they have tuck shops, restaurant and a market near them an within the campus.
