Process will take hardly 5-10 minutes.Locker and Print-out services are offered (not by the US VAC, but a private shop) inside the compound as well.Wallet and switched off cellphones are allowed to be taken in for your appointment. Rest you should keep at the locker room.I saw few candidates being asked to go back for security check and stand in queue again as they had brought in earphones and other small prohibited items. So, be careful and dont invite any unnecessary action.All the best.

Nice place. Everything goes very smooth. No hassle. They will allow you only before 30min interview time for US and 1hr for other countries. So schedule yourself accordingly. Go only by metro so that you can stay inside metro otherwise you need to wait outside where nothing to seat. Always carry xerox of identity card if you are going to collect your passport.

VFS center is good but visa verification means down side office not working mobile network and internet.And most important them carry cash money many times errors in accept CC & DC card.Only mobile phone allow inside not others any electronic device.

Please arrive 30mins before your appointment otherwise you may need to stand outside under sun . Good staff , all covid safety protocols have been followed and secured environment. If you are going alone , you may buy locker for 200 rupees in concourse level to secure your items . No electronics items are allowed like AirPods, pendrive,power bank etc . Actual appointment lasts 5mins at the max .

As an incoming freshman at Carnegie Mellon University, I had to get my Visa appointment done in Delhi (Didnt get an appointment in Mumbai- my city of residence) and had to get my OFC done here. Staff were placed everywhere to ensure that anyone who was confused could be easily accommodated. Phones were allowed to be taken inside given that it is switched off and anything else has to be put inside a paid locker (better to not carry anything other than your needed documents). They let people in 30 minutes before the alloted time, so its better to come early. Overall great experience, which was extremely streamlined.

Neat n clean placeReached an hour before my appointment but they allowed to go inside before 45 mins, so had to wait outside.Easy to find the US VAC place and security stuff were very helpful.No electric device is allowed except mobile (switch off), no backpack. Saw a shop in same floor as VAC for lockers.15-20 mins for documents check as per the checklist.Overall, great and hassle free experience.

The security and staff are super helpful and efficient! If you make sure to carry relevant documents, this process goes smoothly. There is a kiosk a few metres away in case you face issues in your form/need to redo it, take passport photos, printouts, etc.

The best part is u jus have to get down at shivaji stadium from airport ...and the VAC office is located underground ...so easy to reach.

It was a pleasant experience with the US VISA Appointment center. The process was hustle free and there were staff to assist me in every step. It was a quick 30-min procedure. And, they ensured to follow all the COVID safe protocols.In case if you didnt find a person to help you in keeping the baggage, I would suggest One Vasco, a travel agency which has locker facilities to store your baggage till the appointment time. The locker payment need to be done upfront.

Have locker facility available. The center is inside Metro complex which is on Airport line you can land in delhi, get on a metro, complete visa process and catch the next flight.

I arrived half an hour earlier than my schedule. And because there were very few people in queue they allowed me to complete my biometrics before schedule. Very neat and well maintained place. If u r going for passport pickup, please do carry your original photo ID and a copy of it.

We took it though its less than a 1km from rajeev chowk metro station. It cost us60rsThis VAS is inside metro station.(shivaji stadium metro station)Very easy procedure, alot of people around here to help you. Dont panick and please co-operate.

Candidates who need to make changes to there ds160 form can go to gol market which is nearby, there is a cyber cafe over there.

The entry is from the back gate. Go through security and take elevators to level C. On national days, such as Independence day etc, there is a major delay sure to security checking at entrance. Plan for an additional half an hour to enter the station in such days.There are also nice eating options in the station area.

Fast and great service. US VAC is on concourse level, despite that its easy to find. Phone was allowed in the switch of mode inside the facility. All precautions and safety as per the COVID requirements are practiced and maintained at the venue.

Inside the metro station. Take two escalators to go two floors down or take a lift. One can easily spot the US VAC and other VACs. Security staff are there to guide.

VAC - USA embassy in New Delhi it is for dropbox, visa fingerprinting and passport collection. If you missed any photocopy or print, contact one vasco center opposite of VAC enter door. You can carry mobile and wallet. VAC is on Shivajee metro station on Airport Express line.

Dont carry any pendrives or bluetooth devices. They ll charge 200 to keep it for you. Just take you phone wallet and bag or documents.

Center closes at 5pm. Reached at 4.30 only to know that passport collection closes at 4pm.No where on google/maps/website is this mentioned. It is only mentioned on a printout at their gate.Rude entrance staff adds icing on the cake. 🙂

There is a paid locker facility available at concourse level. Though we did not ask for amount. But it is there in case you want to place your valuables if you travelling alone or with some laptop. Mobiles are allowed in switched off state. Small bags are allowed but no other electronic items are allowed. Avoid wearing smart watches.Whole of the process was smooth, and staff was also very helpful.As children are not allowed, they are very particular about the photographs of children regarding sizes, visibility of ears and neck. No shadows are allowed in the photographs. Need to do the homework very meticulously regarding children photographs, if you are not taking your children along.DS160 Form corrections, printouts, photographs can be done at reasonable cost at market near the exit from metro station and you can find the boys guiding you regarding the same.

Most courteous staff, they go out of way to assist you and do it patiently. Its located just about 100 meters from DLF Capitol Point if you are looking for car parking place which is ultra modern and dearth cheap too. The place itself is located in Shivaji Stadium Metro station if you are reaching by metro.

Great and smooth processing

The VAC or Visa Application Center is where you will visit in order to get your biometrics done as also photos taken.The VAC is located on the second level from the ground (underground). The entry to it is from the back of the structure seen and identified as the Shivaji Metro station from the main road.You have to go through the security frisking and bag screening and then take the elevator. Once you get out at the second level - also called Concourse level - go towards your right.You will see people lining up for the preliminary check and then entry into the center. The staff there are very helpful and efficient. Overall, a great experience.But why no five stars. Better signage is required. Especially since one usually does not expect the center to be below the ground.Also going by the Magenta Metro line color code - perhaps the US VAC can introduce some such system to improve visibility and accuracy of access?

The Visa process was very smooth. Extremely efficient staff manning the facility. The location of the place is also very good and easily accessible.

Pretty organized and minimum delays. It could be better though. There should be a queue to submit documents and a separate queue to exit. Biometrics were well managed and went on pretty quick and comfortably. There should be signs for us vac. We had to ask people to find it.

Have been there once. Ill talk about both the good and bad part of my experience. The good part is you just need to reach there exactly at the time given to you secondly the entire process is highly professional and smooth and thirdly it will take only 10 to 15 minutes to complete the entire formalities. The bad part was firstly there is no parking available and the Metro Station it is all the time full and you cannot even park in the nearby area as it might be towed away and secondly there is no sign board that the US visa application centre is there so if you are not aware of the place and new to this area then you will have a difficult time in locating it it is in the basement two levels down. If there would have been parking and a Board saying that the US visa application centre is here I would have definitely given five star.

Lockers are not readily available, also too much costly.Please dont carry any electronics except mobile.

Wonderful experience at the centre. Things moved like Clockwork Orange. No wastage of time. Thoroughly professional staff. Nothing to be intimidated about visiting for Visa if you are honest and nothing to hide.

Staff has lack of knowledge. They want to play safer side. For 5 days baby, they sent me twice to do some modelling. Staff not the USA staff, staff means local staffs who handle, documents submission and passport dispatch, Dropbox documents submission. They are not professional and having lack of knowledge. They are not supportive. Specially all the girls staff.

This place is located within the Shivaji stadium metro station once you reach to the concourse. One can carry mobile phones inside the VAC (switch off the mobile). Though there is no space for keeping baggage, you can put it outside the entry and are safe (please dont put valuables and cash). Public convenience (washroom) facility is available. Very convenient to reach this place by using Airport Express line of Delhi metro.
