They are just fooling customers in name of servicing just wash car and handed me over. in next service I visited go mechanic where I found that engine oil was not changed in previous service, wheel alignment and balancing was not done ( but they charge me for all the services) they removed cabin filter from my car.

Reporting a CHEATER and SCAM - Bagga LinkService date - 3rd March 2021This is my experience of Dzire 2017 petrol model and 4th paid serviceI was billed for extra 4-5 items in the final bill which were never applied on the vehicle which costed me 1000 rupee.Guys, please beware of this fraud people. I was attend by sales man VIKRANT. This person is rude, and misguide the customer.They will trap you by offering discounts and in the final bill will add few items which they will never applied on the vehicle.I have attached the bills, I was charged 1000 for 4-5 items which were never applied on vehicle.Citizen of INDIA, please open your eyes and beware of these fraud people.

If youre looking to buy a car this isnt the place. Theyve the worst salespersons, who are very rude to the point that they will yell at you, berate you and bilittle you. They just seem like bunch of lethargic scammers. We had worst consumer experience here.

Bagga Link is really customer centric showroom which provide the best deal. Good service.... Although it will increase your expense if service... But still looking at the increased cost of vehicle...it is still worth it... They have enough parking space to accommodate lot of vehicles. . There will be huge rush during weekends... So I recommend to visit on weekdays as it is open 7 days a week..

Service quality degraded to minimum possible.Remove this Sevice centre from your list in case you have this already else you will waste a lot of time in just understanding the issues your car have.I would have loved to rate negative but unfortunately don’t see such option.

Customer satisfaction is zero here. Also they dont take responsibility for any damages done to the car.My car was damaged in front of their office As I had gone to get my car policy renewed. They are telling me that they cant help. They dont have any surveillance cameras in there compound.Such greedy and non responsible people. Wouldnt recommend any one to go to this Maruti dealer.Pathetic guys.Please avoid and refrain this Dealer...

Location is not good, no parking space for customers. Even valet parking was not available. Showroom is good but you dont want to enter the showroom if you dont get a parking spot. Would suggest to change location to somewhere customers will get parking space.

This is a Showroom + workshop + Truvalue + Maruti spare parts room ... that is ALL IN ONE ...hence quite hectic and chaoticHowever , they do bring everything under one roof.I would give it a 3 star, as they offer service but very little value for money ...what I typically dont like is that they dont offer any deep discounts, and they will always corner you, for example if you are buying a car - they will say.- there is backlog, and u can get only these variants.- you can get these colours other colours will take time- we will give discount only if u sell your car to our Truvalue dealer.So I recommend one and all to take their Buisness to other places where they offer discounts ...Overall a great Maruti showcase , but not highly recommended for anything at all ....Go here to get a touch and feel, and then ask other dealers ( Rohan Motors, Pasco Motors etc) for a better price and then do the deal with whereever you get better value for your money.

Poor experience with one of there sale executive Mr Arvind kumar..he has no knowledge how to deal with customers..before delivery of car he was very sweet but after delivery of car he was ready to fight with u even he says Whai aakr maruga😂 and ready to complaint himself his words was kr lo complaint kuch nhi hoga job se nhi darta m...👏👏what a salesman in Bagga link...i would like to suggest u all to not purchase any car from there.

After sale services here are worst, customer centric only when you go to purchase new vehicle.Service centre provide worst services, even they may steal when you forgot something inside car .You need not to give 2-3 hours to service your vehicle at service centre, you need to spend 5-6 hours because there is no queue system.The manager of service centre will not here anything from you even you have to listen him he will tell that you are wrong if anything happened or if you complain for anything.

Not giving delivery on time, i have purchased already 2 cars , after booking they are always saying to all customer that the production issue from Maruti we are not able to provide you on time

Very slow and inconsiderate services.This is my 3rd visit. This visit is for changing my broken right front door handle of Wagnr new. The so called advisors do dilly dally in handling the case. They pass on to create what so called job card from one department to another and I have been referred from one department to another. Till then enough time has been lapsed. I have to wait for another 3 or 4 hours to fix my defective handle as there is lunch break.My worst experience so far. I think I dont need to come for another visit.

I went to this showroom to inquire about new car..the place is bit congested. Though the showroom and its facilities are good. I was attended nicely and all information was provided.

Quick Work and Good Staff

I was very impressed by their customer service and behavior towards customer and in this mean time of corona i have experienced high safety measure.

It used to be a good service station some years ago. Now the service advisers try force for extra jobs with charges are much higher than the market. They raise issues like faulty AC compressor, Clutch to be replaced, wheel alignment required, etc and if you refuse they insist, claim it as risky and record on job sheet. Maybe it is linked to service station owner forcing the advisers with targets or incentives - which should be stopped. I was told to replace my AC compressor one year ago, I refused and its still working fine. The cost effective service & maintenance of Maruti cars was a strong point for buying these cars. But no more with such service stations.

Unsatisfied with customer service/sales team ,staff not very supportive , booked for a test drive for Celerio manual transmission ,still waiting for call from their side.

Its my second time to visit this place. Satisfactory service with supportive staff. They listen you, give you proper solution. I strongly recommend this place to service your Maruti vehicle

In terms of fair priceing and honest servicing, its little disappointing. So be careful about your issues in vehicle.

I gave my car yesterday for service and the guy said that my car does not require service as they did about 4000 Kms prior though I was facing issues with my car. They delayed my day when my car was picked up, and kept it for the next day and they just reported that they are working on it but did not report what changes they making without my consent. Then they even exhaust the second day which was today that too without telling me they kept my car in their work station. Im sadly nowexpecting my car to be dropped back on third day but there ignorance made made me angry and worried about my car too. Its the worst service I have seen till now from Bagga link.i came from competent thinking Bagga link is good but they dissapointed on another level

Car washing is very bad , and some parts of my car are theft here. So i dont recommend to come here

I went to get my car serviced there yesterday, there were only one problem that I told to advisor but they did not solved it and took 2 days to deliver my car. Too much disappointed from the kind of world class service they have provided.
