I would suggest everyone not to take any domestic help from Esha home solution. They only publisize their agency as trustworthy as being serving in kotla area since last 20 years but that does not reflect from their business. Totally money minded people and charge 20-25 K as their commission that too only for six months which in other agency are between 25-30 K for 11 months.Some of the relevants points to establish above facts are:1.Other agencies provide trial period ranging between 3- 7 Days , Esha Home solution do not privide that.2. Esha home solution Charge you 20-25 K as their commission charge for 6 months. If we prorate this for one year it comes to approx 50K , Other agencies are charging 25-30 K as commission for 11 months.It means Esha home solution charge almost double commission as compared to other.3. Esha home solution take entire commisson in advance that too before droping maid at your home. In case you are not comfortable with maid then you have to bear with them.4.Their agreement is confusing and you will get half amount or even less then that as refund even you have availed 1 day service from them , normally other agencies refund Pro-rata for remaining or unexecuted period.5. 2-3 girls employess are contacting for your requirements and there is no body to monitor their working.6. Esha home solution is totally money minded. They expect us to pay at start for their entire commission and when it comes to refund to client they are least bothered and in some cases they have not provided to their clients.7. It is very tough from Esha home solution to take replacements and they force to take you the available one instead of what is client requirement.IN CONCLUSION : DO NOT HIRE ANY SERVICES FROM ESHA HOME SOLUTION. YOU MAY END UP IN LOOSING SIDE.

Bogus is the word. Only high claims. Tried to check with them for maid hiring..after all high big talks they disappear without showing any candidate. Again after few months some lady name Meenakshi Kapoor herself spammed my whatsapp and I told her my earlier exp and told her to contact me only if they are serious.. again they disappeared and I kept on dropping whatsapp message and she didnt had the courtesy to reply back. Finally blocked her. If.this is the pre-sales I dont want to even thinkabout post sales service. We hired a maid from this agency in October 2020 for 24 hours , they promised that if we won’t like a maid they will change within a week and charged a hefty amount for arranging a maid.They sent someone claimed to be graduate but no experience in household, however given the situation we thought to give her a chance, she didn’t have any experience whatsoever and was trying to spend time, she had hearing problems and it was very frustrating to get the work done from her as she wasn’t well versed and struggled to complete anything timely or how it was supposed to be.We asked for a replacement but it took so much time and every time we followed up they just kept on repeating one thing - we are looking into it. Finally one day this maid spilled tea at my 3 years old daughter and she burnt it her hand. We asked them to take this maid immediately, this happened after a month of we asking them to replace this maid if that would have been done we didn’t have this situation.They took 2 weeks after this incident to provide replacement and that maid too went to her hometown after two weeks as she had situation in her family as her grandmother wasn’t well and then we were without maid again just like last time we had to follow up many times and finally we asked for refund and realised they were just killing time so that they didn’t have to refund the amount or refund very less.They also didn’t pay the maid the money they deducted from our advance and the previous maid was following with us. We had to tell them to take care of that before we take any action.Overall very frustrating experience and we won’t recommend them at all.

Esha Home Solutions, a placement agency charging a commission of Rs.30,000 with a commitment of replacement of maid within 6 months. Whereas,other agencies which charge much less sign a contract for replacement a year. Esha Home does not examine the credibility of the maid and therefore makes false promises. The one given to me on 28th October, 2020 has only 2 years work experience as a house maid doing sweeping swapping dusting & not cooking. This experience was also10 years back, whereas I was told that she has 10 years experience of cooking and housekeeping. On my complaint to Ms. Neelam’s reply was that she can’t do anything if the maids lie about their credentials. I would like to point out that the agency is morally bound to ensure the verification of facts before placing the maid especially as they charge exorbitantly. We use their services only for the reassurance that we will be provided good and reliable domestic helpers. On the 28th December, 2020 I requested for a replacement but Ms Neelam took no action. I then rang up the owner Ms. Meenakshi .She identified a maid with a ten year old son, who did’nt have a regular job. She instructed her stff not to place her anywhere else but to send her to me as a replacement. A video conferencing wad done, I assured the lady that I would take care of her son as well. They were to take the Covid test and join my service at the earliest Four days later on my enquiring; I was informed that she had been placed elsewhere. In these 4 days there was no communication from the agency. Once again, I was given the assurance that they had girls from Jharkand and they would soon provide me one. Since three days, I have no communication from the agency. Sorry to say, the agency has been signing new contracts. Their priority is to get new clients because it is financially beneficial, replacement is not on their agenda.It is this attitude that will discredit the agency. Their prime responsibility is to provide sincere credible good service, which will ensure a good relationship between the client and the service provider. I would also like to mention that the Agency is totally irresponsible as not only the staff but the owner also does not pick up calls it is therefore, very difficult to communicate with them. I am still waiting for a suitable replacement. I am a Senior Citizen And cannot manage without a maid. Incase this is not done at the earliest I will be left with no other option but to take Legal action.

I required a house cleaning staff and Neelam sent a girl who wanted a job for child care and nursing they staff and I both were conned and they demanded 24,000 INR and will charge you 500 INR every time she sent someone home you to talk to them. They are just a con company. Don’t bother to waste your time. Also they barely pick phone and reply to text even though you can see them online and will do a delay of minimum 4-5 days from the day they promised. GO AHEAD AND TAKE LEGAL ACTION I HAVE WHATS APP CHATS TO PROVE and if your legal action does not stand I will sue you back, every time someone puts your true face dont threat them some of us are in the legal field

Their servants stay overnight or maximum for 2 days before they start acting out. They neither provide you with replacement nor refund the amount. Absolutely useless agency.As soon as you pay them commission they will not receive your phone calls. We have ended contract with them and pursuing legal action against them for refund of money.The quality of maids and their work is very very poor. The maids dont last for more than 15 days max. Some of the maids are thrives and stole our stuff.Dont do police verification, dont share documentation of maids, maids lie and come..Beware of such fraud agencies...

My experience with Esha Home Solution has been the most disappointing. The services weve rendered were a total waste of time and money.We were looking for Nanny Services for my 2 month old baby but hey could not provide any one because they wanted to extort more money out of us.They would send us professionals with no experience to manage new borns and lie to us that that they are age old professionals. The reason why I say that is because we are new parents to who do not have much knowledge and expect from such experienced individuals to teach us, yet I had to teach and show them how to hold a baby, burp them, hold them upright, etc.If there are any experienced ones, they will not give it to you unless you pay more for it.I will not recommend anyone to refer to maid and servant services from them.

I made the mistake of falling for a sob story of my Japa who had come to work for us for just a week: Her daughter was hospitalised and was apparently battling for life! I lent her 30k and after multiple assurances that shell return it in 5k monthly installments; she has disappeared and stopped responding to calls. When I gave this feedback to Esha they didnt do anything about it. Beware especially of the woman in the attached photo (Aadhar) named Krishna who could con you also of your hard earned money; You ll then be living with seeing her whatsapp DP change to the latest items she shopped for from your money she scammedIt is mostly a scam run by thugs

The owner of the company Mrs. kapoor will just make a false commitment and take you in her sweet talks but when it will come to service they will just not answer your calls or messages, they will say they will provide you with 3 replacements but the truth is they already have setting with the servants they sent.they will sent a guy in the evening and he will leave the next day. they will do this thrice and will say there commitment is fulfilled.
